Ordered several items for pickup, got there soon after ordering so I know the food wasn't sitting out long. My shrimp fried rice was horrible. Rice was dry and crumbly, bland, and contained no veggies. The shrimp were huge and so freezer burned AND overcooked they had no flavor and were very tough and hard to chew in places and straight mush in others. I ended up feeding this to my dog. I ordered sushi also and this rice also tasted a bit dried out, and the sushi was just not very good. I eat gas station sushi as readily as high end restaurant sushi and enjoy it all so for me to not like your sushi is.... wow. At least I was able to eat it, unlike the shrimp fried rice. I was very disappointed as my friend had been building them up a ton. He said his food was ok, and that their take out has been very disappointing lately but dine in is delicious. I paid a lot of money for barely edible food though, and i don't have nearly $90 to give them a second chance. I won't be returning. Service was great, employees friendly. Their covid precautions are great. Its the only reason I gave this 1 star food...

This is the 4th year in a row I have had my birthday dinner here. We made a reservation for 7:30pm for 16 people. We didn't sit until 8:10pm, it was super super busy. We were getting hangry, all I ate was microwave popcorn that day to tie me over until dinner. Once we sat, our waitress placed our drink order and appetizers. She was very friendly and had a great personality. Our chefs were a lot of fun! The food was delicious as always. I love hibachi with a big group! Obviously, the only down fall of this experience was the wait time. They should limit the time for hibachi dinner on busy nights. The guests at the table we were going to be sitting at spent 2 hours chit chatting, even AFTER they received their checks. I get not wanting to turn away business/money, especially after the whole pandemic but I would give patrons a heads up on a time limit to accommodate reservations. I gave this review 5 stars because I LOVE this place and love the atmosphere. My family, friends, and I...

Okay so first time I went for my birthday dinner and servers couldn’t be more rude and asking for tips (more than what we already gave) at the end when we already paid the bill. So this year we gave a second chance to this place and still servers are awful asf. We had 5 adults and one baby and when they gave us the check the tips was already added on it 🙉. The customers service people said it was mandatory because it was a party of 6 people. We all literally wanted to tip the chef because he deserved but not to the servers tbh. I’m sorry but if it’s A TIP CUSTOMERS ARE NOT OBLIGATED TO TIPP YOU IF THE CUSTOMERS DONT FIND YOU DID A GOOD SERVICE. They always was giving attitude and turning their eyes to the customers. Besides that, food was good first time was better than this last time but whatever. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME & MONEY...

Sakana never made a really good sushi but during the last four years the place I and my family used to go and order online. But tonight it exceeds all of the bad expectations. We spent almost $100 on an order, and all can I say is I never eat something so bad. Even my daughter who never complained asked what was going on. Everything was tasteless and dry. On top of that the sushi itself was made careless. Falling apart. The edges of the fish were dry and darker. I ordered a spicy salmon and it now is made with a disgusting mix like a dry paste, difficult to identify. It looks like breadcrumbs mixed with a little salmon and god knows what else. This thing was also present in another sushis also. I don't recall that thing being used before so often. I'm not sure if I will buy anything from you again or recommend the restaurant.

Sakana is my new favorite spot! The hibachi was absolutely delicious, and I was impressed that they include both fried rice and noodles—most places only include white rice and charge extra for fried rice or noodles. The seasonings were on point, the portion sizes were generous, and the flavors were incredible. Another big plus is that there was no wait when we arrived (even though the place was pretty packed at 7p on a Friday) and the staff did a fantastic job of offering fast, efficient service without making us feel rushed. On top of that, their fried ice cream was absolutely delicious and the perfect way to finish off the meal. The ambiance was welcoming and perfect for everyone. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a great dining experience!

This was by far the best experience I've had for a dinner plan, I must say the food was phenomenal as I enjoyed the sites and enjoyment of the food catching and the Same (or Jr Sake for younger and the people who don't drink such as myself) the chef I had, I believe his name was Jason had such a friendly personality as is customary to have but better than that, I didn't feel to outlandish being not only my firsst Sakana experience but my first Hibachi experience as a whole. It is to without mention you are seated with a different party where you don't need to socialize but the people next to me were a super fun group, which really adds to the atmosphere. All in all 10/10 not would but WILL eat here again
