I just choked down half of this sub that I got at this establishment. Tonight I had what was for sure the single worst food buying experience that I've ever had in my entire life. My wife and I place a pickup order for 6:45 p.m. at 6:20 p.m. I've worked several food service jobs, so this seemed like a reasonable window of time to me for my order of 2 cold subs, one tuna, one Italian, and one plain steak and cheese. I wouldn't even get mad if I waited 5 minutes or so after arriving. I arrived to pick up my order at 6:48 p.m. and walked in to a dining room full of people waiting for food. There was a massive (literally 5 cardboard boxes full) order for door dash, that obviously had overwhelmed the entire operation. An old lady could have walked in and ordered a drink and a bag of chips and thrown this operation off, however. I've never seen a more sorry group of workers in my entire life. There was no kind of management present, or if they were, they weren't doing anything. They had no kind of sense of urgency or any idea of what order to prepare food in. I doubt any of them have been properly trained. I stood around and watched this circus for 50 minutes before receiving my food. I left there embarrassed for everyone involved, including myself for yelling to my wife on the phone about the general incompetence of the staff and most likely the owner of this grease trap. Read moreI placed an order on 5/23 for an italian sub and a chicken bacon ranch sub. I placed the order online and when I arrived at the store 20 minutes later to pick it up, it was not done yet. That’s okay, places get busy. This location did have about 5 people that I could see with maybe 2 actively working but that’s besides the point. I wait for maybe another 10 minutes when I inquire about my order- they say it’s still being made. Finally, 45 minutes later I see one sub on counter with my name on the receipt. My husband asks the worker about the order since the hot sub was just finished but we do not see the italian sub. She said they lost it and were “looking for it”. I asked them if they could just remake it quickly as it was just a cold sub but they stated they were going to “find it”. About 5 minutes later, they came out with a grease stained bag (I wish I remembered to snap a photo) and stated that they “found the sub”. Of course, I do not know where it was “lost to” and I did not want to consume this sub. I asked them once again if they could remake it since I had been in the establishment for 50 minutes now and wasted my whole lunch break. Read moreArrived at 5 PM. Online app said 4:50 order would be ready. 5 people in front of me and 4 empty bags on the counter assuming for online orders. The guy making the subs is extremely slow. And the woman he is working with is more concerned with sweeping the floors than she is on helping her co worker. She should be fired. She clearly does not care.All 3 employees look miserable? Makes me wonder how management is here and if they are treated well by management. Girl sweeping is just now stopping and putting on gloves to help 4 minuets later. Still me and the 5 other gentleman waiting. If your employees don’t care let them go
Update: 5:10 and still waiting for order. At one point all 4-5 employees disappeared and went to the back while have a pretty full lobby. Placed my order at 4:30. 40 minuets for 2 cold cut subs in unacceptable. If you’re the manager and see this please get involved and control your team. No reason for people to be standing 20 plus minuets for a cold cut sub after ordering it online then driving here. Won’t be back to...
