By far, the worst McDonald's to go to. Going through the drive thru is horrible. The service window to pay is the best they have. The last few times I had gone here, I had to pull up, and someone would bring out the food, and I'm not ordering anything special. This last time, I sat at the window 5 minutes for a small fry, 3 McChichens, and a shake. As I'm waiting, three female employees are sitting around the window, chatting it up, joking and laughing, and one of them while on the cell phone scrolling. One finally came to the window and asked me to pull up, and I asked for ketchup. She replied with yes, "I'll let the server know." I pulled up, waiting another 5 or more minutes. Food finally came out, and before leaving, check the bag. No ketchup. So I went inside to ask for ketchup. This place was a skating rink all the way to the counter. Not a clean establishment, I bypassed the self counter for ketchup it was nasty looking. Got to the main counter. No one was there and waited another 2 or so minutes, the partying still going on around the wall by the drive up window. A young female employee finally saw me and was going to walk by me like I wasn't standing there. So I stopped her with an excuse me and asked for my ketchup, which she gave me with no issue. Thank you! I skated back out the door to food that was not as fresh as I expected for the wait time. The mayo was off the side of the sandwichs. Mind you, it was not a busy time of the day, nor the drive thru was that busy at all. When I ordered there were 2 vehicles in front of me and one behind. That at one point went around me when asked for me to pull up. It is always a bad experience at this location. I went here for convenience and not getting Taco Bell down the road while out doing...
Read moreRecently, I had one of the most disappointing fast-food experiences of my life at the McDonald’s in Taunton, Massachusetts. What should have been a quick stop for a shake and a large fry turned into a thirty-minute ordeal filled with frustration, confusion, and an appalling lack of basic service. Despite McDonald’s reputation for fast, convenient meals, this location failed to meet even the simplest expectations.
First, the wait time was completely unacceptable. I ordered nothing more than a large fry and a shake—two items that should be staples of speedy service. Instead, I sat for thirty minutes watching other customers grow equally impatient while the staff seemed indifferent. A fast-food restaurant that cannot deliver basic items within a reasonable time defeats its own purpose.
To make matters worse, when I finally had my shake and McFlurry in hand, I realized they hadn’t even given me a spoon. Eating a McFlurry without a spoon is impossible, so my dessert sat there melting into a sad, sticky mess. As for the fries, they were soggy and lukewarm—far from the crisp, hot fries McDonald’s is known for. It felt like an insult after everything I’d already endured.
In conclusion, my visit to the McDonald’s in Taunton was so unacceptable that I had to leave a one-star review. From the outrageous wait time to making my own food, the entire experience showed an appalling lack of customer service and basic quality control. No one goes to McDonald’s expecting fine dining, but we do expect decent service, hot fries, and cold shakes—and this location failed on every level. I hope they improve, but until then, I won’t be back.

Read moreHadn’t had McDonalds in a long time so I decided this was the day . Not going to talk about the food cause we all know the deal with the food 🤷♂️. I order a McDouble & Medium fry for $8 😳🤣.
Roll up the the first window and there’s a chubby kid with an Alpaca haircut , his back towards the window so he can catch the latest gossip from his coworker. I try to be patient , but eventually give a little beep cause the lady with the 4 kids in the CR-V behind me is starting to cry .
Alpaca kid turns around , takes my payment, then does a 180 right back into his conversation. I proceed to calmly go F&$K myself and move forward …
Next window , a 12 year old girl with HER back to the window - probably involved in the same thing as her curly headed friend from the last window . She doesn’t take as long as Alpaca boy to notice me , but then she hands me crushed burger ( fully expected that ) and a small fry in a medium fry container . I politely yet snarkily ask her to fill the fries up .
She disappears for a solid minute and a half - a VERY long time in a drive thru with a crying soccer mom behind you - and then a manager shows up and hands me a new fry …
Where did the 12 year old go ?!? Was she crying in the back because the bad man asked her to do something ?!? 🧐
McDonalds - THIS is why we all laugh at your employees when they say they need $15 or $ 20 an hour . I’d say “ Do better “ , but we all know you won’t .
Sincerely , the A-Hole that was “ doing too...
