PieZoni's Pizza — Restaurant in Raynham

I'm disappointed with their delivery. This isn't the first time we have had problems with their delivery. There have been times where they have brought our food to the wrong house, and there have been times where they have taken longer than an hour to deliver our food. I love piezonis and their food but their delivery is not the best. I have given them multiple of chances and it's starting to get frustrating.

Don't get me wrong, I can be very understanding. But how many chances can I give them when they have taken forever on their deliveries multiple times. They were supposed to be here at 4:40 and they didn't get here until 5:08. It's very frustrating waiting around and then calling to see where our food is. And then, the people told us it should be here soon. Which, after the phone call, it took another 16 minutes.

If there is a problem where you are low staff or something, at least let us know. Or at least have the delivery driver call us and let us know that they will be a few minutes late....

This place is consistent in one thing and one thing only....getting the order wrong. I stopped eating here years ago because of this reason. Fast forward 7 years to today. They still can't get an order correct. I'm not sure how Aimee has managed to NOT manage this place for as long as she has, but this is ridiculous. Buff chicken sub was soggy. Fries were cold as a dead body. Grilled chicken sub had hardly anything in it. Not to mention the fact that they still can't get orders right at this place!!!! Asked for extra blue cheese for the buff chicken sub, but they sent none. Same with the grilled chicken. Asked for extra sweet and sour and got one half full.

Aimee is the WORST. Going back in the comments as far as 16 years and she is still apologizing to the public for subpar managment. Just stop. You seem to have single handedly destroyed this place. Congrats!!!!! We'll...

Shout out to the crew working tonight! I placed an order on the website based on the listed hours of 10pm as closing - my order should have been ready a little after 9pm. I got a call around 9:10 asking if I was on my way to pick it up (luckily, I was!). I arrived and was embarrassed to learn the hours listed on the website are wrong and the store actually closes at 9 (maybe 10 is a general corporate closing time?)! The employees very easily could have been rude and annoyed with me because I was picking up past closing, but they were so sweet and understanding; they never made me feel like I was putting them out. Much appreciated and for that, I will be back - but before closing next...
