Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Raytown

Wow where to start? The dissopoinment Started about 3 days ago when I ordered a pizza from this location and the decent strated. Everything seemed to be ok until the driver showed up who I met outside to save them he or she trouble. He gets out of his car in 5° weather with no hot bag and gives me the pizza and walks away.

I proceed to take the pizza inside and find a dry cold pizza that was more then very unpleasant. I called the store and spoke with the manager who was helpful and apologetic, he said he would put a large pizza and side on my phone number to use for a future date to acomadate for the situation.

Fast forward to tonight when I used that credit. Everything seemed to be fine at first but slowly things seemed to turn ascue. After 2hrs of wait time which seemed odd especially because I live 2 miles away and it was a weddsnay night. The order finally showed up, as I hear the doorbell ring and a grab my cash to tip the driver I comee downstairs within 30 seconds and open the door to see the driver starting the car in my driveway, while I stared at him with a handful full of cash for tip he backed up and drove off abruptly. I then look down on the cold snow filled entryway to see my pizza box on the floor. I then took the pizza into the kitchen and opened the box only to find that a piece was missingfrom the puzza.

I called them immediately and spoke with the manager on duty who seemed verys stessed Out at the situation and was more then willing to do what he could do to acomadate which was offer anther free pizza. I told him at this point I no longer want any pizza from this location but did say I would like to speak with the franchise owner or at least the GM. I will be happy to update this review depending on tomorrow's...

Super disappointed with the experience we had tonight. We ordered two medium pizzas, one cinnamon roll, and one garlic Parmesan roll, A 2 L of Mr. Pibb as well as a few sauces. My boyfriend answered the door and took the pizza from the delivery driver, it immediately hollered for me. We only had two boxes and a regular sized soda. Neither of the breads, any of the sauces, or a 2 L of soda was brought. I immediately called the store, I was on hold for 22 minutes before I decided that I just had to go up to the store. When I got to the store they pulled up the order and made the two breads gave me extra soda and my dipping sauces. I had to wait about 15 minutes at the store for the breads to be done, and just a few minutes before the bread was done my boyfriend sent me a picture and asked me to have the pizza remade because it was also burnt. I didn’t end up asking for the Pizza to be remade because I didn’t wanna wait for it, the reason we order delivery is because everyone in our household is super sick and none of us wanted to leave. It was a little bit frustrating when I had to go to have the order corrected, as they didn’t offer to refund anything, and I feel like they should’ve at least refunded the delivery fee as I had to get out and go up there to get the rest of my order. They were nice but I went up and have the rest of my order made, but I did feel like they were not apologetic at all, and almost kind of laughed about it being a joke about the delivery driver that brought our order thinking he was good at his job but he isn’t.All in all, I definitely won’t be returning...

UPDATE my last review was 6 years ago, and not a good one.... But now, let me tell you this store has done a total turn around!!! This has now become my #1 go-to pizza joint. I get AMAZING pizza that I absolutely LOVE!! the pizza is always hot, like just out of the oven hot, when it gets delivered to my house. It's unbelievable! The people are great! The pizza is generously covered with your toppings, the stuffed crust is a game changer. Every pizza I've had recently since the stuffed crust came out... above exceptional. I will recommend to all!! The building Is clean and welcoming as well as the employees inside! All my deliveries are prompt if not sooner than expected. And knock on wood, but thus far have yet to get a wrong order! This store ROCKS!! You guys are my pizza heros!! I'm thankful to you all and keep up the good work! I keep coming back, I'm addicted to the stuffed crust......

This has to be the WORST place to get pizza!!!!! Can't ever get the food on time, it's never hot. You call the store and expect to speak to someone but jokes on you..... I waited on hold listening to the stupid recording over and over and over again for at least 20 minutes before finally hanging up!!!! Seriously get your shit together. I REFUSE TO ORDER FROM RAYTOWN DOMINOS ANYMORE!!!! PIZZA HUT OR PAPA JOHNS IT IS....
