Beer Mart — Restaurant in Reading

Horrible service. This beer mart will never get my business again. I am a 25 young old male, hardworking whom contributes society that just wanted some beer after a hard day at work. My experience was less than delightful. As I walked in the door my girlfriend had realized she forgot her ID/License. So she immediatedly left the premises as I continued my pursue of purchasing the beverages the associate on the floor at the time informed me that she must provide identification to authorize a purchase of alcoholic beverages which is fine by me since that is following procedure/the law and considering that we live a stones toss from the establishment. We went back and retrieved her identification. As we re-enter we are greeted by the same associate who goes on to tell me the importance of carrying identification. The associate goes on to suggest my skin color as a significant point for carrying identification for all time. Which at this point he proceeds to call me “colored”. The man goes on to state that he had once had a Dominican lover which at the time I did not understand the relevance of distinguishing my skin color or why he felt the need to tell me about his ex lover. If i could have provided no stars I gladly would have! My boyfriend and I went to this shop to buy a case of beer but I had left my ID at home so they sent us out of there. That was all fine and great as we live very close so I quickly returned with my ID in tow. Upon re-arrival a short bigger guy begun to lecture us about the importance of keeping you license on you while you drive...cool bro just let us buy the d* beer... after continually shaking our heads and agreeing this guy had the audacity to POINT OUT my boyfriends skin color in an attempt to reinforce the importance of carrying your ID. He said something like and no offense but you should really keep that on you because of your skin color. Then followed off that little statement with " I know how it is I dated a domincan." Bro are you really serious? Not Even 1 Star.. Sorry I don't have any an issue with Beer Mart but we went there first time to buy 20 case of beer because we held party at our house and thought they are beer distributor so they do cary extra case or extra pallet for random customers. Guy who working there, he denied to sell 20 case and not even 10 cases too.He was not interested either to serving us service and we left from there.
