Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Reading

This isn’t exactly a review. But more of an annoyance due to employee negligence. I tried calling my local Dominos to get help, but no one ever answered the phone. My doorbell camera caught footage of two separate deliveries to my address even though I never ordered food. Both were within an hour or two of each other. Fortunately the first delivery driver realized they were at the wrong address. I could see them look at the receipt for the order, and actually figure out that they were at the wrong house. But unfortunately, the second delivery person never did any of this. Instead, they just placed the food on my front porch. They didn’t even ring the doorbell and wait for a response. To make the matter more frustrating, I was out of town during the incident. I imagine the order would’ve been placed at the local Dominos (Reading location), but I’m unable to verify that. When I received the notification from my doorbell, I tried calling this location at least three times. Two of the times, no one answered, and my call was then rejected. The third time I was directed to who I assume was a customer support representative. They directed my call to the same Dominos, but that call was also rejected/unanswered. The area I live in is no stranger to stray cats, or other nocturnal wildlife. So you can imagine what state my front porch was in when I returned home. Cleaning food scraps and torn pizza box trash off my front porch definitely wasn’t how I planned spending my time today after returning from my trip. Like I mentioned before, I can’t be certain that the order was delivered from the Reading location. But I think it’ll be tremendously helpful if delivery drivers can verify the delivery address before leaving unattended food on a random doorstep. My property has two separate sets of numbers that are displayed on the front of my house to help identify the address. So I’m clueless as to what could’ve caused this confusion, unless the actual customer gave the wrong address for their delivery. Absolutely the worst customer service I’ve ever had in my life. Ordered a pizza for delivery paid with CC then got a call 10 minuets later saying that they do not deliver to my house. It was an employee that called me I asked to speak with a manager. When the manager got on the phone she answer the phone with yeah and I asked why they do not deliver to my house they are only 1 mile away. She said because they don’t have to because it’s an unsafe community. Then she hung up on me. So I called back and said that was very rude of you to hang up on me and I asked why you did not deliver to my house. She continue to say because I live in the ghetto and she doesn’t want to come here. She called herself and then general general manager of the store but she is the most unprofessional, rudest, nastiest person that I’ve ever had to deal with in my life. Ashley was talking to me on the phone she kept trying to start start altercations with me and telling me I didn’t know where I live after she told me that they did not deliver to my house. I order from this location at least once a week! They have good pizza (love the new crust!), fast and SUPER friendly service, and really good deals with their coupons from their website! I've recently taken to ordering the bread bowl pastas. If you haven't tried them, they are very good and enough for 2 people! The chicken bites are good but not fantastic. LOVE their cheese options! My kids will only eat cheese pizza so I order a cheese pizza with cheddar cheese and shredded parmesan asiago to add a little more flavor to it! It is delicious! If you pick up from this store, every time you walk in the door, you are enthusiastically greeted from wherever the employees are at, whether they are in the middle of putting a pizza in the oven, folding boxes, prepping an order or whatever.
