Dunkin' — Restaurant in Reading

MANAGEMENT WILL NOT LISTEN TO ANY REVIEW. THEY CARELESS ABOUT FEEDBACKS!

Before visiting any restaurants and service providers, I normally check their review, but who should be checking review for a Dunkin? Now, I know better, I will keep checking reviews before I go into any of these places. If I have gone through previous reviews on this Dunkin, I wouldn't be here, but it's good I got here to witness their poor customer service and add my genuine review to their service.

I usually do my reviews based on my personal experience and without any hate or biased mind. This Dunkin is one of the most unpleasant places to visit with terrific staff who are rude, arrogance and lack manners.

There were two people with special needs who have intellectual disabilities and are trying to buy coffee. The staff were very inpatient and intolerant with the most embarrassing manners I have ever witnessed.

These staff need to be trained in customer relations and many other areas before they can be Station in this Dunkin, if the management are interested in making genuine profit.

No body deserves to be treated like a trash inrespective of your disabilities, looks, or appearance. The folks came into Dunkin with their card to pay. They don't look like berger. Some of us waiting in the line was telling them to be patient with the customers, but the low pay staff was busy with his frustration.

I wouldn't recommend this Dunkin to anyone who cares about customer service and respect for humanity, either black or white.

DO NOT STOP HERE. There is an extremely rude, and racist red head female that works the cashier. Referred to her middle eastern co-worker multiple times by names such as "Mohammed" when he kept repeating his real name. As for the getting our correct order, that didn't happen for the family waiting before us, us or the girl after us. The family before us was waiting for three different versions of their breakfast sandwiches, and finally gave up and left informing them there still was no bacon on their sandwiches but they didn't have time to wait. Finally, we waited for our food which was also wrong and he argued with us that he had given the correct order. The previously mentioned female just shouted from the register that she "hit the button." We gave up and left without most of our order. The restaurant is dirty, it needs to be remodeled. The general manager is horrible. I was waiting for my sandwich in their Seating area drinking my coffee, My order never came, come to find out They threw it away. I wanted my money back and they wouldn’t give me my money back because I didn’t have my receipt. I never left the restaurant?!? I did not have time to wait the 15 min it would take for them to start over. They are poor communicators and were Downright rude to me for wanting my money back.
