I order from them pretty often and NEVER have any problems but lastnight I placed an order at 8:05pm ( the person who took my order said about 45 mins to an hr.) At 9:45pm I called respectfully and asked how long my order would be and the guy started to say they came and called and I didn’t answer. As I was trying to explain I didn’t get any calls and I was sitting in my living room with my dog ( who’s a barker) and nobody came here or called a women jumps on the phone with attitude saying they called me and she heard it on speakerphone she called me a liar multiple times along with a man and another woman in the background. Only to find out they NEVER really did call me they called a wrong number. Eventually my food was delivered at 10pm. I wasn’t given a proper apology for the disrespect or a discount. My order was also somewhat wrong and after the phone number mistake on their end they should have at least made sure my food was right. I won’t...

My honest reviews drive customers to businesses. Let's start at the phone order. The woman on the phone was very courteous and was very helpful. I ordered 2 Cheesesteaks and asked several questions as they have a variety of of sandwiches. She took my order with ease and professionalism. My total was around 18 dollars which in my opinion was reasonable. I had ordered 2 steak sandwiches from another venue a week prior and the total was approximately 14 dollars but the quality of food was horrible. The food arrived in less than 30 minutes during peak dinner rush and I tipped the driver generously. The sandwiches were DELICIOUS 😋. My boyfriend and I used to go here all the time and there food and service used to be great. Now every experience we have is awful. Almost every time you call there the person answering the phone will have an attitude. They are cocky as hell. The one guy ALWAYS burns the pizza and they will still deliver the burnt slice of pizza. When we order Stromboli half of it is dough and cheese and the other half is the meat. Tonight we ordered chicken Parmesan platters and when it came you could see the chicken was burnt and taste the chicken was burnt. On top of all of that it is always a 45 minute wait for your food.
