I have been going to Cheers for years, and everything was absolutely great. But now, last night was my sons Prom at the Double Tree Hilton (same place that cheers is at), so we figured since we're already there, let's have dinner at Cheers. What a big mistake, apparently they have made many changes and got a new chef. A new menu with only 4 entre's to choose from. 3 of us ordered chicken parm. 1 of us got a ribeye steak. Let's start with the steak. It came out almost raw. Sent it back to refire, and it came back almost the same way with unmelted butter on it. Also had no flavor and no seasoning. The 3 chicken parm dishes were rigatoni noodles with a fettecini sauce on them with a little piece of grilled chicken on top with a little red sauce. That is not chicken parm. We did talk to management to express our feelings about the dinner, and he was very polite and understanding and professional . Our waitress was also very good at her job and also very understanding. They did treat us very well with the bill, and I would love to go back there, but not if they keep that chef. They also did inform us that there was a chef change, too, since we were there our last time. By the way, when my son got out of his prom, the very first thing he said about the prom is that the food sucked which was also at the Double Tree. Then we dropped off his tuxedo today and come find out that the place asked us how everything went, we said everything was fine with the tux but my son said that the highlight of the night was that the food sucked. They laughed and said that is what everybody is saying when they are returning their tux's. By the way, we rented his tux at Fifty Fifty in Sinking Spring, and they were excellent. I hope the Hilton makes some changes in the near future, or I don't think there will be a...

I've no issue with the food, the service, or the atmosphere, but I will not be going back. We made reservations for six the day prior. We arrived, were seated, and ordered. We ate and paid the check. When I inspected the check after leaving for a show across the street, I realized there was a mistake. See the tip was included on my party of six and I had inadvertently double tipped. I called the next day seeing online that the charge had not gone through and no one answered the phone and I left a message with the check number, the server name, the details. I got no call back and they put the charge through. I know it sounds like a "me" mistake, and I am eating it. But I interfaced with no fewer than 5 employees and at no time was I informed that there was an automatic tip (22% they helped themselves to) on a party of six -- most places draw that line at parties of 8. So, I tipped another 25% and the server ended up being tipped 92 dollars on a 192 dollar bill. So, yes, I paid three hundred dollars for 6 sandwiches and two drinks. Enjoy the huge tip. Don't expect me back. Oh, and while we sat there after paying for parking they told us "next time, please realize we have free parking". Just a poorly run business. Next time, I'll spend my 300 dollars...

10am Sunday, August 10th my three person family wandered into Cheers. Suzanne F. ws quick to greet and show us (to the very evident delight of my teen ❤️, sharp eye assessing us, Suzanne) the high tables and directed us to the buffet that they are well known. My family was thrilled but I have dietary issues and was in a hungry, grumpy mood... The staff hard earned these compliments. Thank you to Amy B. and the kitchen staff for knowing what did and did not have dairy. It really is a big deal to have a level of trust when away from home to be able to eat without getting sick. It saved me serious pain! Marisol in the kitchen took the extra time to make me the bbq chicken salad from the lunch menu. Folks, every shred was fresh and crisp. My family delighted in the wide variety of foods and beverages. The fresh juice blends really put the experience over the top. Jake H. gave me some advice about the local area to set me at ease. Cheers, please note that you have a seriously high quality staff working there. Folks, even though my hangry wild eyes did not reveal my appreciation for you, I hope this...

We ate here before a show at the performing arts center. I thought an hour and a half would be enough time for a quick bite and a drink. It was not. This was the slowest service I've ever had. We were greeted promptly by our waitress, but then waited 20 minutes to get our drinks. We immediately ordered dinner which took nearly an hour, leaving us barely 10 minutes to eat. The food was quite average and a burger, asked to be cooked medium/well, was medium/rare. You'd think in an hour they could properly cook a hamburger. During our hour wait for the food, we would have liked to order a second drink but the waitress never checked in with us. We ended up not having anything to drink with our dinner. When spending well over $200 for a party of 4, I expected more. I will say that the courtesy shuttle to the performing arts center was great. it was quick and the driver was very friendly.

What a brilliant choice for dinner before the Lindsey Stirling live performance at the Santander Arena across the street! The food and service was excellent!!Pear and Roasted Beet Salad, Alabama short ribs with garlic mashed potatoes, loaded nachos with roasted chicken, and Broaster chicken wings with choice of sauces! Our waiter even wrapped up our leftovers and kept them refrigerated while we skipped on over to the Santander! Also bonus was free parking during dinner and the event! Nice intimate atmosphere, quiet, nice crowd. Good selection of everything (we didn’t get to the desserts but they looked great, too!). Easy access through the Doubletree Hilton lobby.

Service was impeccable. Staff was extremely pleasant and focused on ensuring we were happy and attended to. The food experience wasn't that great compared to the price. Ordered a rare burger and it showed up looking rare like it came out of the grocery store package rare - not cooked. Thanks to the excellent service it was replaced, but the replacement came back medium well. All that said the crab perogies turned out pretty great but it was expensive all-in. The charcuterie board was a fail. It looked like it was unwrapped directly from the grocery store and put on a board. Some of it looked like it had been out for a while.
