Drive-thru line was backed up to the street got to the order screen and was advised after waiting in the long line that they were not taking any drive up orders. Proceeded to place online order reentered line got to pick up window order was incorrect food was poorly prepared and this seems to be an ongoing issue with this particular franchise or location. I am not recommending anyone to visit this location and I do not plan on visiting anytime the near future. And this seems to be the case with all the restaurants on this strip as of the last four to six months high turnovers understaffed and very poor customer service. It seems we pay higher prices for lower quality and poor service I can't blame the frontline workers I believe this is a management issue workers can only do what they can do with what they have and all too often the supply chains and lack of attention from the higher management to bring about positive reinforcement in areas seem to be the underlying cause. Unfortunately as long as we line up and continue to pay there will be no reason to change. I say join me if everyone decided to not visit this location for one day maybe it would demand the attention it needs let alone one week. America was built on these franchises is this what we are now let us demand the proper representation of what it is to be an American business with American service providing American products. I placed an order for 1 Large Coke (Individual) 1 ten piece McNugget, the cashier asked if I'd like to upgrade to a 20 piece for .09 cents more. I agreed. 1 Double Quarter Pounder meal with cheese and no onions and the meal with a large coke as well. So here we are at 2 LARGE COKES! 2 Crispy Snack Wraps no lettuce and extra cheese. End of order. I get to the 1st window and pay I get to the pick up window and wait 2 minutes for someone to open it. Here comes Big Birtha! A large African american woman with horrible teeth and blonde short hair (you need to fix that) She asked me what my order was... Read moreWe ordered, paid, and had to pull off and park in a spot and wait, which was fine. 20 minutes though? For 2 orders of biscuits and gravy and 2 drinks. Only gave one straw so I had to go in and get mine. Still waiting, we notice an employee wandering aimlessly around the parking lot with a bag in his hand. Eventually he makes it over to us, asked us if we were waiting for food. We say yes, 2 orders of biscuits and gravy. He says ok this is yours! Hands it to us, it's only one order. He goes back in and grabs another one for us rather quickly this time. He had a good attitude and was nice so that's appreciated, also he said it's not something he'd done before (taking an order out to a customer) which means he normally works only in the back so he did a good job for it being his first time. It's not the employee I'm only giving one star to, he earned more than that. But this location in particular is sloppy and disorganized. If we have to pull into a spot, which are numbered, to wait on our food shouldn't the cashier have told us which spot number to park in so that it was easier for everyone?
