McDonald's — Restaurant in Reading

What can I say…. If you’re okay with getting attitude for no reason, having items forgotten or incorrect and if you like your food to be wrong each and everytime, I highly suggest this place 10/10. Regardless of the time, you WILL get something WRONG or they’ll forget something. Each and everyone of them looks like different levels of stoners so you should expect that right? WRONG…. We placed a ONLINE order meaning at NO time were they rushed by us AND at all timers could they read the receipt of said order. Not only did they add EVERY SINGLE THING I REQUESTED OFF but they gave me a plain top bun???? How tf do you mess up a BigMac??? It’s a staple and you have me a PLAIN TOP BUN??? Then no one was behind us by the time we came around to get the forgotten items the lady at the window mad at us like IT WAS US WHO PACKED THE WRONG ORDER??? They literally only making money cause Wendy is also fumbling the bag but honestly they’ve messed up my last 3 orders at different times of the day so at this point it’s just the location. And if I sound mad… I AM. My first meal of the day and it got 3 issues like bffr 😂 in conclusion, thanks for the pickles I didn’t eat, thanks for the cheese I’m sensitive to, thanks for the extra lettuce and empty top bun, thanks for all the forgotten sauce and for making a quick online order pick up a 40 minute hassle. I appreciated every single minute of this lesson at...

Ordered, thru the app for 4 people...arrived on site and notified them I arrived...still was sitting there waiting 20 mins later....I finally called the store they said we will be right out... 5 more minutes past they finally came out we left... Got home and we were missing a sandwich... My son had to go back out and they only gave him the missing sandwich.... After the person on the phone said we can make it up for you just tell us what you need... They didn't even have the common courtesy to caught me anything the first time didn't expect anything this time... The best part it was didn't even seen those that busy.... I could have gone to a different McDonald's in my location and got home faster... Poor work ethic lack of respect for customers... Manager couldn't even come out himself...

So after a long day of watching my kids graduate high-school and driving home from penn state university (2hr 30min) we stopped at this location for dinner because it was late and we were tired i place my order they mess up my order i ordered a bundle box and 3 extra medium fries they charge me for the fries but then took it off the screen and gave me 1 extra i asked them kindly if we could fix the issue so after listening to the lil dark skinned african american woman yell and scream i asked the gentlrmen at the window if i could just get the 3 extra fries idc if i have to pay i just wanna go home and he told me to get back in line... to leave the line im already in and go to the back...this happened about 11:15-11:30pm on thursday night....ill never order...
