Effing awful. The service was horrible, the food was sub-par, the bathrooms were a mess, and there were ants all over the dining area. First off, we arrived for a conference and when we asked for water, the lady told us they didn't give water cups. weird but okay. we then went up and asked to buy a cup of water, but they told us they didn't even sell water. I then went to the restroom, and it was disgusting, urine all over the floor around the urinal, fecal mater left in the toilet and TP all over the floor. Then we got our food, the food wasn't great, there was a lack of ketchup, or onions. Then last night. My wife and I went for a late night food run. We got there and ordered. It took quite a while, but i won't fault them for that because it was busy. They then gave us the wrong order. When I corrected them. They rudly insisted that's what we ordered, but I assured them there had been a mistake. They then took the order back and gave us the right thing with an attitude. When we got home. The buns were burnt, and all of the soda tasted off( almost flat and the sprite had a funky flavor as if it was mixed with another soda) then the cou- de Gras. This morning, we were getting on the road and thought we'd give them another chance before we left for our trip. We ordered, sat down, and realized that there were ants all over the dining area. The hashbrowns were very soggy and over saturated with grease, and my orange juice was half watered down. When my wife went up to get me a different cup, they gave me a small when the juice it's self cost more than a large. There's nothing I hate more than rude people. I'm from OKC, and I understand that there's a "different standard" in the Northeast. But the way the employees talked to us was...
Read moreMe and my siblings decided to go for a midnight mcdonalds run and were SEVERELY disappointed with the lack of attention and care of service.
At midnight there is drive though only which wasn't a problem for us. We qued up through the drive-thru line and waited patiently for 35 mins.
When we got up to the speaker the mcdonalds employee asked if we can hold on for a bit. We said yes. After 25 mins of watching the other line move and having 4 vehicles pass us, we spoke up to the speaker to see if the employee could hear us, no response for 8mins. I could hear a employee answering the other line. I thought to myself "ok, maybe it's a technical issue" and drove up to the window.
The person in front of me seemed to have trouble with her order and asked the employee for something they forgot that showed on the recipe. At this point I didn't want to order anymore and drove to a Wendys 10 mins away.
Don't go to this mcdonalds during late hours, you get the worst Fast food experience...
Read moreBathrooms were clean, yet smell, almost like they're mopping with dirty water. The recent remodel made the interior look better, but there are ZERO OUTLETS OR USB PORTS. A main part of the wifi café idea of the recent McDonald's brand image is lost there. In such a high population area, charger squatters may be a problem, but you need to employ strong managers. Speaking of, props to the manager working this morning. She clearly communicated everything she was doing and her expectations of employees as well as double checking things were right before blindly handing a bag. Food is good today although service is slower. I would rather have slower, correct service. Also, no order screens are on up front with order numbers. This causes confusion considering the kiosk didn't print anyone a receipt this morning. Many are saying shut this place down, but with all honesty a quality team and a competitive store / attitude could definitely set this store in the right. THE ROSES ARE...
