This Wendy's has always had a bad reputation. Poor service, long waits, ect. Today we went there because my daughter and son wanted Wendy's and they were paying for their own food. And of course, this was the closest location to where we were. My daughter ordered on the app and they charged $6 more on her card than what the receipt says. Then I ordered a 10 PC spicy nugget as well. So we go to the window, I pay for my nuggets and she gives them to me and of course we have to park to wait for the mobile order. So while we're waiting I look at my nuggets and realize that they're definitely not spicy cuz they're brown. I take a bite and had both of daughter's take a bite of the SAME nugget just to confirm. They agreed. So my youngest daughter goes in to get the correct order and when she comes out she tells me that the lady told her I only got 8 cuz I ate 2!! LoL Now mind you that same lady brought out the mobile order while my daughter was getting the nuggets and I said to her about them being wrong and that I ate ONE to see. And she said yes they were not spicy, and that they had to drop them so my daughter was in there waiting for them. Then we're checking the mobile order and they forgot my son's fries!! UGH!!! So now they had to go in and get the missing fries!! All these mess ups!! The long wait at least 15 minutes we were there and NO accomodations!! And she couldn't even let us keep the wrong nuggets!?! I don't understand why some establishments do that?? I've worked at numerous restaurants and never have seen that. Where we as a restaurant take back the food that we messed up! Last week I stopped by before 9pm, I waited 8 mins at the intercom, no one even bother to take my order, I finally drove around to the pickup window and waited and the workers there were just talking and not caring if anyone was out there. They just made sure to stay clear of view. I could see the top of their heads. There were no customers inside or outside, either. Today I tried giving Wendy another chance. No cars in front of of me, nor behind me, as I waited and waited. I decided to start recording and after 30 seconds or recording, finally someone asked what I wanted. I'm thinking, someone must have saw me thru the cameras that are facing the intercom. I told him I wanted a chocolate frosty and a 6 piece nuggets. He said come around, he did not tell me how much it was or anything. As I drove to the window he hands me a bag with nuggets and frosty right away at the same time I giving him my debit card. He took my card swiped it and just handed it back to me, closed the window and walked away, didn't bother to give me a receipt. no courtesy, they don't thank you. I stood there waiting for him to come back so I could ask for the receipt he never did come back to the window. I think they are sobotoching this restaurant so it can close, or there is nobody managing the restaurant.The nuggets were so bad, they had been reheated a number of times and the frosty was liquidity. I went through the drive through last evening and the worker, shaylis taking the order was extremely rude and rushed me through my order. I ordered a value meal and wanted it to be large with a grape Fanta. I asked her after if she heard that the meal was large and she snapped at me. She most definitely did not hear it because my value meal was medium, but if that was my biggest complaint I wouldn’t be on here. When I pulled up to the window she tried to hand me an orange Fanta which I simply say “that was supposed to be grape” she huffed and said no you just Fanta. If I just said Fanta why would she just assume I wanted orange. Honestly it wasn’t that big of a deal to me but clearly it wasn’t to her. After she snapped at me she told me to pull into spot 1 to wait for my food. We waited 20 minutes, three other cars pulled in, got their food and left while I waited. FINALLY when the food was brought out the hot food was ice cold and the frosty was half melted so basically our food was held just to be ignorant. I reached out to the store and they didn’t care.
