My husband was just in here with a package to return via their ups drop off. He went to the checkout desk to have it sent out BEFORE he picked up the ONE ITEM I needed, but the cashiers were just talking to eachother didnāt acknowledge him at all⦠just ignored him.
SOOO he decided to go grab the ONE thing that I needed, I was on the phone with him since he called me for help & I was trying to explain where it was. Then I heard the cashier rudely interrupt him. He acknowledged her but tried to respond to me (instead of her then causing him to ignore me). Yet she interrupted him AGAIN and basically forced him to complete the UPS drop off in the middle of the aisle?? and was just really aggressive about it. Just the fact that he was initially up front, ZERO CUSTOMERS, TRYING to drop off OUR return first.. but she waited until SHE was done chatting to find him in the store. Just from what I could hear it was super rude. Your time is no more valuable than another persons. Especially when youāre still on the clock and his work day is over. Things like these may seem small⦠but itās enough to never want to return because basic human decency is still...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI gave a 2 star because the 2 cashiers I've encountered were great. However others were rude and I've witnessed are rude and inpatient with others as well. Hard to get anyone on the phone. On hold for 20 min. Called back no answer. On hold for another 30. Doc called meds in over 4 hours b4 I called yet they weren't ready. Finally spoke to someone who told me it will be an hour. 1 1/2 hours later. They said give me another 30min. Ultimately they told me they don't have the meds. Then the pharmacist blamed me for Them not having it. Was the rudest experience of my pharmacy life. Sorry but that is unacceptable. He should be fired. So unprofessional. Especially since their was ample time to tell me they don't have the meds. And not to mention how he belittled staff tht was trying to Resolve the issue with courtesy. Getting upset with her for understanding what I was going thru. Just sad. Like Wow. Basically the pharmacist's bad, unprofessional, rude attitude gave Ritr Aid a nee customer. Where their customer service was great on and off the phone. So...Thank you for that I guess. For being so bad they helped...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI called the store on behalf of an individual with a visual impairment (fully blind) at 6:04PM 8/4/25. This individual is unable to navigate the CVS app with his voice-over assistance on his phone. He wanted me to check if an OTC medication was in stock at the store. Since he doesnāt drive due to his disability, he wanted to make sure the OTC med was in stock before putting money into transportation. When I was connected to a live person, the woman on the other line stated I should call back because she was busy and ācanāt be someoneās personal shopper.ā Any decent person would apologize for the inconvenience or redirect to an alternative way to access current inventory. One of these responses couldāve wasted even less time than the lady did being rude. Or if too busy, just donāt pick up. The more I assist individuals with disabilities the more I see how difficult it can be to exist with a disability in society. The woman who answered the phone had bad customer service skills and even...
