Pizza Factory — Restaurant in Redding

Ordered the baked pasta, edges were heavily burned which is usually not an issue but the pasta itself was undercooked giving the noodles a foamy mushy texture and the sauce taste and was the texture of tomato paste right from the can, it was also supposed to be a meat sauce and I could not find more than 4 pieces of meat about the size of pea. I ordered twisted bread sticks and they weren't cooked all the way, the inside of all of them was raw dough besides a couple smaller of the breadsticks. The tomato dipping sauce taste like cleaning solution because of the amount of oregano, and I like oregano alot. I called to tell the manager and before I could get half a sentence out they started giving me their spiel about how the food is perfectly fine. Only been here once but it was awesome in here. Cool looking, kinda modern and big windows to watch the peripheral part of Tedding's down town go by. Watching them toss the dough was super cool too, my kid couldn't get over it. The calzone was out of this world, it was mind-blowingly delicious. Free salad bar with purchase I believe. The table had crumbs on it but I dont care that much about little things. It really put the pizza factory on the map for me food wise. The girl that took our order was sweet and I'm pretty sure the man tossing dough, was tossing the dough for our order, and made our food right in view, and then brought it over personally. I went for lunch yesterday and I got 2 lunch specials. One was a small pizza and the other was pizza bread with a salad. The price was right but the quality wasn’t really there. The salad bar was messy and picked over and the ranch is HELLA watered down. I was told that the pizza bread came on sourdough and that’s not true at all. It comes on half a hoagie roll with seeds on the bread and it was cold in the middle. The little pizza was better, but not by much because the sauce is bland and watery and the pepperoni is the extra spicy kind.
