Dutch Bros Coffee — Restaurant in Redding

I had a really bad experience today at the Dutch Bros on Market Street in Redding, Ca. I was just doing a pick up order that was not ready yet (didn’t even complain about that, it was not big deal), but the young brunette working the 6:30 am shift on 7/13/25 gave me such attitude, from the first good morning I gave her. Didn’t even say it back. After she made my coffee, she asked if I wanted any toppings (it was already on the order so I don’t understand why she asked), but I forgot the name of the topping I requested (on the online order) and said “the sweet topping, I don’t know the name, sorry” and she said with such attitude “excuse me!?!?” with such attitude and big eyes, like I was an idiot and inconveniencing her. She tossed out the coffee she already made for me and made a second one. I dunno why!?! I told her, “it’s not that big of deal, whatever one was on the online order”, but she ignore me. I then stated, “I’m not coming back to this Dutch bros because of the way you treated me today.”

Anyways, I had to say my peace because it put me in a terrible mood. It was unwarranted and uncalled for and Dutch bros should absolutely not have people like that working for their company. She needs some serious training in customer service. We all have bad days, but this was...

I usually always go here NOT ONCE had a problem. Until this morning, the girl that was working the window had the music up so loud u couldn't even hear each other talk she did turn it down for a second... I always order a cocomo with an xtra shot add a little almond and Carmel drizzle. Never had a drink taste so bad! She didnt even write down what i told her and does not taste like any other drink ive ordered before. Tastes like a coffee with armaretto creamer(which is least of my fav) in it plus there was NO Carmel drizzle. She was kind of rude and before i even got done saying my order she walked away nd turned the music up so loud I had to yell 3 times to get her attention to finish my order . VERY RUDE TODAY. Then to top it off, the side of my cup was cut at the bottom. Didnt notice untill I got home and had it everywhere...

Was passing through on a road trip. I walked over while my husband was filling up the gas tank. I was asking quite a few questions and apologized, saying, this is my first time here. The guy helping me says "what,?" "You've never been here before?" He then proceeds to explain the different ways he can make my drink, then adds...by the way, this rounds on us! I was shocked! After I ordered my drink (a large by the way), he proceeds to ask, anything else? I ordered my daughter a drink, totally expecting to pay for hers. He says, anything else? I said no thank you. When the drinks were done, he hands them to me with a smile and said he hopes I have a great night. All this knowing I was just passing through and he would likely never see me again! This just made my day/evening. Thank you very much...
