disappointed and dissatisfied
Ok, so I got some food from here before and the mash potatoes had some like powder substance in it and I assumed it was because they were like instant mash potatoes not cooked all the way… I was also 5 months pregnant at that time so I was really upset, and I told myself I would never eat KFC again and if I did NOT this location.
Soo i came up here recently a few weeks ago for my grandma because it’s close by. The lady who was in the drive thru was not patient or polite at all. I felt like we were being rushed to order even though I asked for a second skim through the menu, And then we only had like 1 small meal and an extra side. We don’t eat here often so i asked for a BISCUIT because I wasn’t sure if they came with the meal, so then the lady says she couldn’t hear me and when I repeated biscuit twice (normal tone) she still couldn’t hear so I raised my voice a little and enunciated “BIS-CUIT” in a normal tone, she then says “have a good day ma’am.”
I was so confused because I’m like what does she mean? So that’s what I asked her and she said “ you’re screaming at me have a good day ” I was confused because I wasn’t rude when I said it. So I was like ???? I went to the window and there was nobody there for a good minute but a lady was like walking past with a headset thing so then I knew that she really wasn’t going to take our order anymore and it was just a waste of my time and very weird. I thought the mash potato thing was just them having a bad day and I put it in the back of my mind for my grandmas sake but this was like super weird because she literally said she couldn’t hear and then says I screamed when I go two notches louder for her to hear and i still leave...
Read moreSorry to mention, but will not be returning to this KFC facility. It is very apparent that staff needs better training, especially on "customer satsfaction". On my last visit my order was incomplete. Ate what I brought home. as it was inconvenient to return for missing items. After eating I called & spoke with Renee explaining to her that my potatoes/gravy had not been included with my order. I suggested reimbursement for two sides. She said this was not possible since we had already ate the chicken, that she could only provide me with two sides of potatoes/gravy. I received no apology for this error. I did get the impression that my concern irritated her; that she wasn't concerned about "making things right" . I work @ a nearby hospital & many of my co-workers have had similar concerns. For this reason, they no longer purchase from this facility. I do believe that better screening needs to take place before hiring people to represent this KFC facility. I have the impression that most of the employees just don't care about pleasing the customer; that they really could care less about whether or not they return, as it would be less work for them. Read moreThis is the worst KFC I've been at in a long time. First and foremost, I went there for the current advertised special for 2 piece grilled for $4.99. It was 12pm , they open at 10:30 and the cashier (if you want to refer to one as) said they just put them on the grill and they'll be ready in 18 minutes. 18 MINUTES! She asked if I wanted to wait. Who in their right mind would wait 18 minutes at a fast food place. I asked to talk to the manager and another employee had to go out to the parking lot to get her. She was talking on her cell phone and parked in the handicapped parking spot right by the door and didnt even bother to come in! I wanted to see if I could get original instead and she said "no" based on what the kid said with his pants around his ankles. Keep in mind I shop here regularly and the difference in price is $1. So to make a long story short, because of this, I will no longer shop there. Not to mention, I could barely understand the cashier or other worker because they don't know how to speak proper english.
