Ordered on the app, they updated saying it was in the oven 3 minutes before it was originally supposed to be ready to pick up. No big deal, figured they might be busy. Once I got there, it was a mad house. 8 other people were waiting, and they had no idea how long of a wait it would be. At this point, I had ordered my pizza on the app over 1/2 hour ago. Again, they're busy, so I patiently wait. 20 minutes pass, more and more people standing around waiting. I check in again and ask if they have an update since it's been over an hour since I ordered and they close in about 30 minutes. The employee starts checking random cupboards and finds my order in one of them.... are you serious???? Me and countless others were standing around waiting when our pizzas were done, just put into random cupboards instead of loading them into the portal that was empty.... completely disorganized. The pizza itself was fine, just lukewarm, but I'm never coming to this...
Read moreThis little Caesar location is one of the worst businesses I have ever dealt with. My wife went there because it was conveniently located nearby. She gave my 14 year old daughter $10 dollars to go in and get a hot and ready pizza. The store clerk refused to take our money. They claimed that the money was counterfeit. My wife went in to confront the clerk and manager but they continued to refuse the transaction questioning the legitimacy of our hard earned money. Mind you they didn’t test it to see if whether it with a pen or hold it up to see the water mark to determine whether it was indeed fake. My wife and kids took our business else where to a local “ mom & pop” pizzaria and our money spent just fine there. Thanks to that stores paranoia and lack of decency professionally with hard working Americans “Little Caesar’s” just lit what until that day life...
Read moreIf I could give zero stars I would. With 7 people on the building working…including the manager, there is no reason why the phone was left to ring off the hook. Then when answered, the girl on the line simply says “hello, yeah” when I asked to speak to a manager, she puts someone on the phone and when I asked that person if they are the manager and what their name is; she hangs up. Not knowing I was five minutes away, I arrive and go inside and make my complaint. They had one person in the lobby and no cars in the parking lot. The manager was rude and every last worker was at the counter trying to explain. Not one apology. Horrible staff, lack customer service skills, telephone etiquette and respect. I miss the older male manager who ran this place. Now I have to find a...
