The prices are so affordable, and the portions are generous ! It is such a rarity in this day in age to find a place that puts out as much heart as this, delivers great food, and has amazingly hospitable staff. I will say customer service is a 10/10, cleanliness is a 10/10…. Food…ehhh I would give it a 4/10. I got the rigatoni with Bolognese sauce and although I do appreciate that they make their noodles nice and fresh from scratch, I feel like the sauce was very bland and lacking flavor, no seasoning. I was disappointed because I really wanted to like it because the staff were so nice. Also I feel like their menu is a little underwhelming. Just literally choose a pasta and sauce nothing else. Usually when I go to a pasta place I like to have the option to order breadsticks or a side salad to go along with it. They don’t sell any sides. I felt like my meal was incomplete.
