Redford Grill & Bar — Restaurant in Redford Township

My first time here and it was a completely terible experience I have never been to a restaurant where I had to leave because I got sick My food was ice cold and even when the waitress brought it to me she said you have to eat it fast because it gets cold quickly ....Why I've never been told that my mashed potatoes and gravy are going to get cold when they were given to me additionally I took only one bite of my food and I still have to pay full price for it because the waitress went in the back and started screaming about how I was wrong and that she was going to have to pay for it herself and the bread was going to be wet no matter what when reality that wasn't what the problem was, it wasn't that the bread was wet because of the gravy soaking through it so fast The problem was that my mashed potatoes were ice cold and the gravy had a sour taste to it My son asked for a burger medium and it was completely raw My daughter asked for one medium well and it was completely cooked every single thing that could have went wrong probably did and just the fact that the waitress went into the back and screamed the loud enough for the entire restaurant to hear about the problem just really discusted me and the food for what it taste like was just so overpriced I have never had...

This was our first time visiting the Redford Grill & Bar. We were seated right away and a waitress was with us within one minute to take our drinks order. The atmosphere was very comfortable, with booths or individual tables around the room. There were a number of people there, many of whom were watching one or more of the several sports or game programs that were on. Most people were carrying on conversations with family or friends but the noise level was not a problem at all. The Redford Grill has quite an extensive menu, but since we were meeting friends in the late afternoon, I only wanted a snack. I ordered the appetizer Chicken Strips, which turned out to be 4 large chicken breasts, lightly breaded and served with a great BBQ sauce (Ranch is available as well, and you can get the strips Buffalo style, too). The chicken was flavorful but not too spicy, nice and hot, and enough to take home half for another meal! My son had the Philly Cheesesteak plate and loved it. Prices were very reasonable, and we would definitely come back again to try some of the other entrees that...

I have been going to the Redford Grill for over 10 years. I have lived in Redford for the last six. I have never been treated so poorly anywhere in my life as I was this evening. I will never return to the Redford Grill. I will also tell every person I know that goes to the Redford Grill about my experience tonight. I had the most rude service I have ever experienced anywhere. I am going to dedicate a large portion of my time telling people how horrible the service I had tonight. When you have mediocre food and high priced drinks you might want to try and offset it with service that isn't rude and contemptible. Brushing off my requests as I am nothing. Making the wrong food and blaming me for wasting your time. Seriously.... You're in the service and sales. Good luck, you will never see a dime of my money again. I gave you one star tonight because I had to to post my review. Do a better job hiring your forward facing people, you might have better luck...
