I am amazed with both this stores incapability to solve problems and their lack of customer service. My cousin bought me a $40 gift card, and when I called to check the balance, there I was nothing on it. They took the money out of his account and we had the receipt. So I went to the store on a Sunday at 6pm, where there was no manager on duty, and Christian and Sam were working the counter. They called their manager Amber and after about 15 minutes they concluded I would have to come back tomorrow. So I came back the next day at 2:30pm and was told by Shaquita (who was EXTREMELY rude, rolling her eyes, and seemed like she could care less about the situation) that the manger is only there specific times and I would have to come back Wed 6-2, thurs 6-2, or fri 6-2. So my cousin went there with me that Friday. Amber told us she could not hand us $40 at the liberty of her job.. that she wasn’t equipt to handle this and the most she has had to deal with as a manager has been a messed up sandwich. So she called the owner who said there is a lady in charge of these things who would call us within the next few days. It has been 2 and a half weeks and we have heard nothing from them. The whole situation is unbelievable for a business this large. It was also mind blowing how the employees acted like we were pulling a scam. Not once did they apologize until I told Amber I couldn’t believe the way we were being treated. I went there 3 separate times, waited on calls, and still this problem remains unhandled. Plus my cousin is out of $40. Before this incident, we went to tim hortons every morning before work to get our coffee and there has never been a problem. Read moreI ordered a Bagel Sandwich which I was surprised was not a Bagel between two slices of bread, the contents of the inner bagel being a mystery to me. I would have welcomed dry plain bagel bread between two Hovis slices anyway as I hadn't eaten in 72 hours due to a bout of dysentery (which is another story...👤🕴🕵️♂️)
I was also somewhat redirected outside of my time paramater, as I went to the one in Mansfield UK, which was closed, to which a homeless man claiming to be a wizard of most highest esteem told me the nearest one was in Michigan, USA. I trusted this mans word, although I suspect he was overexaggerating his status and stature. The only magic he performed was making £20 from my wallet disappear swiftly.
As such, I was forced to take a flight abroad, which has cost me 17 hours of my time (I had 45 minutes to spare for my lunch), £1,472 for the flight and $4 for the sandwich of ominous origin. The grand total of this meal has been £1,602, including the £20 from the wallet wizard and £112 for my day off work to be able to eat for the first time in 89 hours. I have not had a number 2 in 2 days after the illness and at this point I am concerned it is polished into a cannonball.
Other than these slight inconviniences, I truly enjoyed my food and frankly the staff were beyond helpful, and the country very welcoming. I will be back shortly when my 90 day Visa has restored, under my usual order name of Bob Stroganoff.

I guess she calls herself a manager, if she is they need to more selective in their hiring choices. I heard her speaking to another employee rudely and unappologetically disgraceful because she had stayed a little past her shift. Give me a break thats what managers do "Arleen" if you were truly a manager you would know that and know how to speak to the staff. I have been in managment for over 20 years and never would I ever be rude to my staff. Her speaking to him where customers could hear , she should be fired for that alone!! Who ever owns this place should be made aware of her leadership skills. My hats off to any young person holding a job these days especilly when everybody is hiring. Mr. Owner you need to hold on to your good people and git rid of the bad.
