Tubby's Sub Shop — Restaurant in Redford Township

TERRIBLE customer service. As a fellow Restaurant owner I am astonished by how I was treated at this poorly serviced facility. My boyfriend put in an order for a Philly cheese steak meat and cheese, extra dressing. This has been my order since a little girl, so I know when it’s not right. I called the store to let them know about my Order to see if there was anything they could do. Instead I received nasty replies and a very nonchalant attitude about my order. That’s a very extreme red flag when dealing with food. I decided to take my order back since I’m pregnant all I’ve been craving was tubby’s. He said that I couldn’t get a refund and he REFUSED to make my order over. I explained to him that my bread was dry and I just didn’t like it. Mike’s reasoning for this was because “it was nothing wrong with it”. I’m very very upset that I had to pay for something I didn’t eat nor did I enjoy. Very bad customer service. The lady at counter is Caucasian heavy set n overwhelmed quickly. Store crowded. 3 waiting for food, 3 waiting in line. I’m number 2 in the waiting line to place. She said after taking the 4th person order who was 1st which left 3 people, she said 1 second please m ran to the back she came back took order ahead of me, then when I stepped up patiently waiting she’s rambles off 20 questions back to back to back. So I started giving my order quickly then she says slow down, then incites I have an attitude n chill. No attitude from me. But I chose to leave n she’s yelling go! Go! Then I said you asking 20 questions, then tell me slow down. Then she said we’ll slow down. Uh last I checked you not running my show. Won’t go there again until management changes. I did notice a new African American girl working the grill that was so polite so big ups to her. if you can relay that. I noticed her. She should be taking orders not the overwhelmed, rude lady...

never going there again unless that heavyweight white lady leaves. i literally ask if this other girl there if they have iced water and the lady interrupts and was like “we have water bottles” but i didn’t want one. so then she’s like “so what do u want” and i ask if i can get water from the fountain which i didn’t know they didn’t have, and she got so mad and was like “does it look like it says there’s water on the fountain drinks” and she turned around and started shaking her head. girl please quit nobody wants u there with that ugly attitude u got . smh u really need to go get a real job.i’m so tired of people with attitudes if u don’t want to work there then leave it’s really not that hard.
