I ordered my food online and when I got there the line was in the street. I proceeded to sit in the drive thru line because the inside was closed. Once I got to the speaker the guy asked me did I have a mobile order? My response was “yes” and his response was “pull forward” NOT what’s the name? What’s the order or anything confirming, STRIKE 1. Ok cool, sit in the like another 12-15 mins because I’ve already paid online . I get to the window he gets my order wrong STRIKE 2. No biggie we quickly figure it out. He tells me to move out of line they just got my order 10 mins ago and they are about to make it fresh NO PROBLEM!!! I pull over and sit for another 10 mins and a guy brings my food out smoking I might add. My food is ice cold, missing sauce and half my fries are missing. I ordered red beads and rice I have more rice than red beans and it’s not even full. My biscuit is so hard it could crack a window. STRIKE 3!!! Service is trash, food is trash. I just wasted $20 because I refuse to eat this bs. If I could rate this place a negative score I would. I can be very forgiving because I used to be a General Manager in the fast food industry for 15 years but something’s are just basic. About halfway through that 40 minutes, the front register cashier stopped taking orders and began helping the drive thru. After a 20 minute wait with no one being helped, the manager comes and says they are out of chicken sandwiches for an hour. I get that restaurants run out of food, and I expected the possibility, but to have people stand there for so long and be ignored and THEN come and say you're out is unprofessional. The manager, Christina, could have done a better job all around. There was another customer behind me that repeatedly kept saying he only wanted chicken and not a sandwich and they had him standing there unnecessarily as well, even though there were piles of chicken in front of us. I will never visit this location again. I have never seen a staff stand with their backs turned to customers for so long.
