I wouldn’t recommend eating here service has went down a lot of the years. I’ve never had to explain why I need my food toasted a certain way I’ve never had to explain multiple times why I like MY food a certain way ever. Why does how I like my food affect u The food is alright but every single time I come up there the workers want to debate me on how I want my food.the workers don’t understand how to follow simple instruction. Why work at subway if u can’t follow basic instructions work at Burger King. Terrible costumer service every time I come up there theirs always another issue. On how I like my bread toasted last time I checked its SUBWAY GET IT UR WAY. they act like they’re the one eating it. How a costumer wants their food shouldn’t affect u at all it’s not like there paying for it. The manager needs to really evaluate the guile of people they hire. I get there my food was not ready the girl taking orders Sam Caucasian long blonde hair was very Rude. Accused me of not paying basically told me I was lying about subway taking my payment before coming in. Said she had to verify I paid. Who would lie over 7 bucks? Made me wait forever while she took other customers. She had amother girl make my salad but sam started my order. She took my chicken and literally threw it in the bowl to the point the bowl almost tipped over the other girl who is indian asked why'd she do that and sam just laughed. I tried making contact no lie over 30 times through out the last several days no one ever picks up the phone. Is this a scam of some sorts? I saw another review similar experience. Wrote to corporate and no response. I deleted this account and will never associate myself with Subway. They have no regard to customer service. I cancelled my card immediately as I get notified immediately on transactions. The police have been notified as I want to know who came in and picked up the order?? Very poor customer service!!
