I recently tried out the new Indian pizza place in town called “Pizza Rasoi”, and it’s amazing! They serve a unique fusion of Neapolitan-style pizza with bold Indian flavors, including vegetarian options and homemade paneer. I love that the vegetarian people have added protein (panner), and it was not cheesy at all, the pizza is classic and creative. My most of guests felt the quality of food is fresh.

Pizza Rasoi pizzas are one of the best in Seattle area hands down. Ordered their frozen Achari Paneer and Paneer tikka pizza and the taste felt like it was made fresh in the oven and it was so delicious. The pizza slice melted in the mouth bursting into every flavor that takes you from Seattle to Italy. I have heard their Chicken Pizzas are great too but I being a vegeterian tried allof the veggiepizzas available. Arguably the best Indian pizza out there. It’s coming from a guy who has tried multiple different pizza places around. Crust is near perfect blend of some crunch and some softness, the taste is otherworldly and the aroma…. Says it all. Pizza Rasoi really knows what their craft.
