Family Pancake House Redmond — Restaurant in Redmond

I like ordering the breakfast here at dinner time I guess it's kind of a tradition it being the Pancake House and families at all. The last time I was here I ordered the steak and eggs. And I learned something new that steak and eggs is really only good if you get the eggs over easy or sunny-side up if you get them scrambled like I usually do it doesn't really miss well with the steak, you might as well get sausage and it by that point you're just eating sausage links and eggs he wants to pay 12.99 for that. the only complaint I have was the company I brought, or should I say the company who brought me considering I don't have any money to pay for any of these food items ever... one of these days I'm going to order a burger at the Family Pancake House and really throw myself for Loop a fruit loop Fruit by the Foot Loop. Additional don't please be where I did not have a chance to rate the bathroom facilities nor did I use them damn review is based solely on my experiance from the dining area I did not have a chance to defecate in their toilet nor did I evacuate using there urinal wall hole now that I think of it I did not see any janitors there that would have cleaned the toilets I bet management makes no waiters clean the toilets in bathrooms to save money however they're saving money using the hands that also carry the food to me the food that I eat the food that is covered in feces now because they didn't wash their hands I can't believe it I ate deer feces infested food and toilet boil water unbelievable it...

Terrible Experience - Disorganized and Disrespectful Service

We visited this location for brunch on Sunday, and it was by far the worst dining experience we’ve ever had. Initially, we were seated at a table where the sun was directly in our faces, making it very uncomfortable. We politely requested a table change, offering to wait, and they gave us another table right away. However, the new table had trash underneath, which was disgusting.

Despite considering leaving, we decided to stay since the food arrived. While eating, the waiter himself moved us to another table, which we didn’t mind, but soon after, we were asked to move again to accommodate a larger group. This constant table shuffling was frustrating, but we tried to be understanding.

Things escalated when another server came over with the bill, even though we hadn’t finished eating or ordering more. She rudely implied it was her table and wanted us to leave so she could serve others. We explained the situation, and she seemed to understand, but it was incredibly disrespectful to be rushed like that.

To top it off, a random customer began yelling at us for being “rude,” without knowing what had happened. The staff stood by, staring, without intervening or explaining that it wasn’t our fault.

When we went to pay, they had even added items we didn’t order, which caused further delay.

This level of disorganization and lack of respect for customers is unacceptable. We expected much better and won’t...

In a previous review, I recommended this place. Im shocked at what management did here. My mom ordered dinner (take out) and could not check if the restaurant got everything correct because everything was sealed (in bags.) Turns out, they got some stuff wrong. And they got a few things wrong the past times we came here. This time, 2 dinners were done completely wrong (the wrong orders.) You heard that right, they gave us the wrong bag. They also forgot amenities for the crepes we ordered. My mom called them, I heard while I was eating my food, and they offered a measly 15 percent discount for the next order we had. (With no viable way to put this into their system) My mom said I want my dinner that was not received compensated or redone. The restaurant said NO. You heard that right, the manager of this place said no thanks! We got no dinner, and he said he would not compensate it OR make it tomorrow. Not even the entire order compensated, just what was missed. I overheard the entire order was 130 dollars or so. When I was a child, I came here so often, it was amazing.
