While looking for a new coffee spot, Hubby came across Beach Cities Cafe and Confections in Redondo Beach. So we went for it! We got there around 8:30a and it said they open at 8a. But when we got there, no one was there so we were confused. Then we saw a lady run from across the street and opened up shop. She apologized but that was weird and you're 30mins late homegirl. When we entered, I felt it to be a bit closterphobic. It felt cluttered and stuff everywhere.
I got my usual iced vanilla latte and a pumpkin muffin, Hubby just got an iced vanilla latte as well. There was only seating outside so that's where we sat. Our order came out and my muffin was super stale and it did not taste fresh at all. My iced vanilla latte was missing the vanilla. Hubby had to go and ask the lady to add the vanilla.
