Consistently the most expensive fast food chain you will ever find, Cheesecake for $3 fries for $2 a slider they can fit in the palm of your hand if you have small hands for a dollar 29 I paid $6.06 for a small know a medium hash browns a slider and a chicken sandwich the hash browns were okay, the slider was okay chicken sandwich was greasy the Buns were buttered and then mayonnaise on both sides so just grease on top of a grease on top of grease. For $6 I could have gotten six chicken rollers at Del Taco and actually had some real damn food or I could have gotten two beefy Fritos burritos to cheesy bean and rice burritos and too spicy tostadas at Taco Bell and been ridiculously full with like 2000 calories so basically the only reason I went here is because they were open 24 hours a day in the 7-Eleven that I just went to the clerk and the customer got into it about you're an a* you're an a* etc etc so I guess if you want food open all the time this is your answer but if you actually want a good value I would not recommend this place because Carl's Junior basically has been a rip-off for as long as I...

I went into the drive-through cause I was in a hurry. I had to wait more than 15 minutes behind 2 other customers. For that long of a wait, I expected the first customer to have a couple of bags of food, but they received a single bag of food. The next customer handed over his card to pay, and then another wait of several minutes to get a single also. I pulled up and they asked me what I had ordered? Then they called out my order to whoever was cooking and closed the window and I waited somemore. When I got my order and left, I opened up the food and my burger was cold and the bun soggy with the toppings. Did they make it when I ordered it and then put it aside? I would have taken it back for a refund but I was already late. Very disappointing for a fast food restaurant to be so slow and not know how to take...

Horrible customer service...why is it every time I go through the drive thru I have to pull into the parking lot and wait 10 mins? And then after she (short Hispanic girl) helps everyone ordering through the drive thru and no cars left THEN she comes outside with my bag of Luke warm food ...and to top it off she gives me ranch dressing after i told her 3 times that I wanted house dressing and didn't bring my drinks...after telling her off I just drove off while she went back inside to get the drinks and didn't want to chance it because I certainly don't trust someone with that kind of mentality.
