Einstein Bros. Bagels — Restaurant in Redondo Beach

I’ve been here several times and they do a great job. This review is more to point out one Specific employee. I had lost my wallet a month ago and went through every single avenue to try and find it, tracing my credit card trail, etc. and never found it. I gave up on it. I came home to a note on my door from Veronica saying that she stopped by to drop my wallet off, which blew my mind. I came by the next day and there it was… With everything in it, including a $100 bill! I was absolutely amazed. Not just that the money was still there but the kindness of this woman to take her personal time and drive all the way over to my house to see if I was there. Humanity still exists!

This place is severely understaffed. The employees are hard working, as I sat for my order they were friendly but I saw the urgency was a little overwhelming, people can’t help but feel bad. I am really concerned for their well being as they are often under staffed. There should be Atleast 4 people working at all times.
