They are slow and poorly managed. You've got some kid with long hair and blue nail polish standing around like he has no clue what to do instead of helping the next customer. It takes him 3 minutes to bag a salad after he said my order would be ready in 3 minutes and I left and came back. Instead of using the counter, he puts the bag on the floor! I ask the front counter girl about the pizza. She checks, comes back, and starts working without following up. I ask again and she says 15 minutes. People still pay $$$ for bad service? Why order pickup if they are constantly 30 minutes later than their estimated time? Multiple DoorDash and GrubHub drivers are standing around the store waiting....

The concierge at our hotel recommended this place for pizza and we’re so glad we tried it. The Charcotta pizza was amazing and we’d never had anything like it. The ricotta turns into cheesy bubbles when it’s baked. The garlic knots were super yummy and the cesar salad was fresh. Not really a dine in type place but they do have a little indoor seating. It’s so close to the beach you could get your pizza and eat there. Highly recommend and we will be back next time we are close to any of their locations. We always order take out there and sometimes eat there. Never had any issues until last Sunday. When I get there the lady ask my name and just gave me the food without even charging $74 worth of pizza and wings. I I told I didn’t pay yet so she charged me. We ordered large bbq pizza, wings 6 pieces and large margaritas pizza with pineapple but they didn’t put any pineapple at all.
