Starbucks — Restaurant in Redondo Beach

This is a big Starbucks with lots of areas to sit inside and outside when weather permits. I found it to be clean well-stocked on the milk sweeteners napkins... Water cups placed so you can help yourself to a cup of cold water and refill it yourself. That was nice not to have to ask the cashier or the Barska for a cup of ice water. Restrooms are clean you have to ask for a code. As for prices - it's Starbucks you know what it cost.$$$ just place your order and have them your debit card! They get the orders out pretty quick and they work hard so if you have a couple of extra coins or so drop it in the tip cup. They're doing their best at...

I'm not one for writing a bad review but this one was too much. So one morning I went to get a cup of coffee to my local Starbucks, and I was surprised how the girl who was taking my order was talking to me, very rude, she wasn't even listening to me, she got my order wrong and made it seem like it was my fault. I don't know if it's really her name but on her badge was "SASH" or something like that, LOL, this is not how customer service and hospitality works. I expect more from Starbucks. Not gonna come back....

Tried to return Christmas gift my wife didn't like. Was told told only store credit. Nothing like that mentioned on any of my receipts. Worker said take it or leave it. Corporate policy.
