Ordered a custom bag from here and it took around 3 months to ship out for a simple design. Customer service was prompt but misleading on shipping dates. Was promised 4 weeks but ended up being close to 4 months. On top of that if you live in a country outside the US, expect to pay import fees of 100 dollars of more depending on where you live. Even if the bag says it costs 300 dollars, expect to pay around $600 if after everything. After paying $80 dollar shipping you wouldn't think you had to spend an additional $100+ dollars which is ridiculous.(Shipping, import fees, artist fees, Conversion rate) (They charge additional money depending on your design since all custom work is not priced equally. It depends on the time the artist has to put on the bag. Even adding one more letter to an initial costs more money.) I paid almost double of what was advertised on the website.
Things to note:
Seemed like the straps were an afterthought and is not as comfortable as I hoped for in both the single and double strap. Sometimes hurt my shoulders after a round. If you have a heavy bag with lots of stuff in the bag, it doesn’t balance the weight out well on your shoulders.
The carbon or plastic stand part of the bag that helps the bag stand seems a little flimsier than the bags I've owned in the past and I'm worried about it breaking or wearing down.
Wish they added a handle on top of the bag to help grab the bag after carrying it on your back. Something i was used to in my old bag that i took for granted
They do have a pocket for the rangefinder but it seems a little flimsy for me to want to put my Bushnell Pro X3 in without it breaking or falling out. Also is a little small for larger rangefinders.
Having no place to hang a towel is not a big of a deal since I can hang it on the bag. If you are a guy that likes to hang the towel or rangefinder on your bag, this one might not be it for you.
The phone holder seems a little too tight and barely fits iPhone 12 Pro max. It's inconvenient to record a video since the record and stop button will be covered by the bag and the video will still run while you struggle to get your phone out of the bag slot.
As much as i love the bag design, magnetic pockets, magnetic ball marker and phone charger, the fact that my clubs keep getting caught in the bag was incredibly annoying. Every time i took clubs in and out it was a struggle where i had to force my clubs in and out of my bag. For this reason alone i stopped using the bag which ended up being a waste of money. Stick to a vessel and...
