Pompeii's — Restaurant in Reed City

My experience with Pompeiis today: I am a guest a wolf lake motel. I Googled pizza places in Baldwin. This came up as 7 miles away. I called, asked for delivery to wolf lake. They said they didn't deliver here. No problem, I called back and made a pickup order. You would think that they would inform me they are in Reed City. As I called back like 2 minutes later. I proceed to Baldwin store, get there and obviously my order isn't ready because googlr number sent me to wrong store.. okay, understandable. I didn't want to make a small business waste 50 bucks in food, so i just drive 18 more miles. To reed city store. I arrive and there are 12 people waiting inside. Line took 25 minutes. The employees were walking around like they had no no clue what they were doing. Placing pizzas here and there then forgetting that people were sitting there waiting for said pizzas. When my 25 minute wait was done on a 1.5 hour old order. I was informed my pizza had been dropped on the floor and would need remade. Then. After effing forever. (20 more minutes) my food came up. The pizza was fine. But see the photos of my sub. It had paper all stuck in it, and was a mess. I know this is a long review, the longest I've ever written. But you seriously need to streamline your pickup process and fix your Google phone numbers. Do not reccomend. Bring your own food if youre coming up here for outdoor activities and camping. One more thing. The pic of the wings is supposed to be 12 bbq wings with ranch. It like 5 plain bone in.. these...

Solid if you don’t order food all that often but it gets old really fast. Pizza and Stromboli’s are good if you don’t plan on reheating any bcuz it’s honestly prolly the worst pizza if ever had that was reheated whether it’s just later that night or the next day for lunch. The sauce they use is practically spaghetti sauce and a cheap version at best. The crust is pretty sad as well. Thin and weak like my ex boyfriend, as you can’t even eat your pizza for a couple mins unless you didnt want the toppings you overplayed for. For the price you pay they could put a little more effort into the food. And if you were curious about the prices well don’t bothering looking at the menu on their website bcuz you won’t find any prices on literally anything. Who’d would want to know the price on something they’re buying anyways? Lol overall pretty unimpressive and borderline dissatisfying, also...

Today is Friday 2/23/24. It happened again!! The most consistent pizza place around. I took it to go, as per usual. I had a slice in the car before leaving. Pompeii pizza personnel are up to the task. Nice atmosphere. Respectful, kind, and considerate. Outstanding customer service!! Worth every cent on their products served!!

Best pizza 🍕 that's full of flavor and taste. Great cheese that is gooey really goes well with the sauce. The best way to judge a pizza is eating a plain cheese pizza 3 times to check consistency of the pie!! This way, you know it will be good 👍 if you ask for toppings on it. Anyone, can doctor up and hide the true taste by throwing toppings on a pie!! A+ rating. Best pizza, from Big Rapids to Reed City, MI....
