Baskin-Robbins — Restaurant in Reedley

I am extremely disappointed. I called and asked if I could order over the phone they said no it had to be online. I said okay no problem, but I am outside the store and was wondering if they could bring it out to me because my 2 year old had just fallen asleep, they said yes. 20 minutes go by I call again and tell them I ordered online and needed them to bring it to my car, they then said they couldn't because they had called their boss and were told not to because they don't offer curbside pick up. I completely understand but at the same time it's disappointing. Not to mention I ordered the $10 oreo layered sundae and it was 75% Fudge and VERY LITTLE ice cream. So what now I can't go back in there. Disappointing, over priced and no sense...

The singular employee was nice, but we payed 41$ today for an ice cream cake. Be careful when buying these cakes. The flavor markings they have aren’t always to be true. Meant to get a strawberry vanilla flavor, came home with a Oreo vanilla flavor instead. Am sure this happens a lot but rlly should be fixed. It was a great cake but wish we got what we actually wanted 💔 bday...

The Reedley location is always attentive to your orders and they make them pretty quick. Just keep in mind that when it does get busy not to be mad at the workers because I can guarantee the problem is the customer taking their time and changing their orders last second, so cut them a break and if possible...
