Horrible experience! I like Jack in The Box, I understand that there is a wait sometimes. Reedley has a very rude staff, out of shakes, all teas, Ice coffee, out of special items advertised, refused to answer a simple question, staff seemed very agitated. Very long wait even when we got to the menu microphone, we waited about 5 minutes and they never even asked us to wait or asked or said anything. Then ignored again for a few minutes when we drove up to pay, I almost drove away but after the wait I just wanted to get our food and leave. They held on to the card for several minutes before handing it back and asking us to park in front, nothing special ordered just off the menu, and when we did get the food after a very long wait the burgers were fine, the fries had been sitting for a long time, tough and inedible! I had regular, friend had curly. At the mic I told them we were ready several times and no response, not even to ask us to hold on. They were rude and short with us for no reason. I also ordered a chicken fajita pita combo that included a large drink and upgraded to curly fries. I also ordered my son's diner which was a kids meal and a milkshake. The cashier pushed my coupon away stating that I could not use this coupon since the combo meal came with a large drink. When I got my order I also received a chicken sandwich even though I did not order one. I check my receipt and there it was $2.99 for 1 chicken sandwich.
