BJ's Old Fashioned Ice Cream — Restaurant in Reedsport

So disappointing 😞 ice cream was nothing to right home about. Husband ordered a chocolate shake from a gal and one scoop of ice cream. He waited for another couple to get there shakes. Then they looked at him and said "Will this be all?" and he said "I'm just waiting for my chocolate shake." (10 min. ago mind you.) Then the 20 something man says "Oh didn't we tell you we're out of milk." Wonderful customer service 👏 👌 Bravo. Yes I know Petty. Cleanliness ⭐️ They were supposed to have fudge As for stock ⭐️ Sad, 😔 I knocked down the rating to this place because.... I landed in the hospital for a wk.. With some sort of food born bacteria. This place was Amazing!! The ice cream & sorbet is so very delicious. The flavor options are phenomenal! I couldn't believe how many different unique flavors there were. It was incredibly hard to decide which flavor to get! They also have taffy & fudge available. The only negative is that the prices were fairly high. Great ice cream but unfortunately poor customer service. Ice cream is generally a fun treat experience but, walking in to the shop seemed to ruin the employees day. The employee ringing in the order was also confused with the change- my bill was $2.04, I had given him a $5 which was entered into the machine & then I came up with the 4¢....I was told the register didn't work that way- as long as you are putting in & taking out the right amount of change there should not...
