Went there on a Sat at bout noon and place was empty. Waiter promptly informed us there are no lunch specials in the weekend which was disappointing to hear. Pretty much everything on the menu is more expensive than most Asian restaurants but I was hoping they made up for it with large portion sizes. Started with a MaiTai which was very good so had to order a second one when the food came. We ordered Crab Rangoons and a Seafood salad as Apps. The rangoons were not greasy at all and they were stuffed nicely with cream cheese and crab. The seafood salad was quite big and excellent! Lots of seafood mixed in. Also ordered the juicy Bao steamed which were very tasty, wasn't a fan if the ginger-soy dipping sauce though. I had the Nigiri Set which was a Chefs pick of Nigiri Sushi and a tuna maki roll. Usually that would come with soup and/or salad but not in this case. The waiter inferred there would be a lot on the order and I wouldn't miss the soup and salad at all. That was not the case. The sushi pieces were small and some of the Chefs picks such as the tuna and Suzuki were not fresh at all. The wasabi was dried out too. Ordered some other Sushi a la cart which was good but not worthy of the premium price paid. I was disappointed a little bit overall but will try again perhaps for dinner to see if there is improvement for that menu/crowd. Waiter was friendly and efficient with water refills and clearing of plates but had trouble answering basic questions regarding the menu.

Don't judge this restaurant by its cover! Park's Asian Bistro & Sushi Bar is like a geode. The exterior may look dilapidated and run down, but the interior of the restaurant has a very polished look. The walls, tables, and chairs are all veneered in dark toned woods. The ceiling has standard drop down tiles, though they have added an extra touch of detail by using stamped metal tiles above the bar. Most restaurant bathrooms range from okay to disappointing. The bathrooms at this joint are exceptional, clean, and well decorated. Moving on to the dining area, the place settings were well done with cloth napkins and stemmed water glasses. The food served is they only mediocre part of the experience. I had a vegetarian sushi roll and miso soup. The roll was good but overpriced for the five pieces that were served. Furthermore, the miso soup was mildly warm. Service from the staff was friendly, but nothing exceptional. The overall impression of the restaurant is that it has the facility itself is very pleasant earning 4/5 stars. The food and dining experience unfortunately only earned 3/5. Even so, this is a great place to visit during the lunch time.

Ordered a spicy beef noodle soup. Literally the worst noodle soup I have ever had in my whole life. The beef was just some meat they take out from the fridge and stir fried. The broth wasn't even any broth, obviously they only add soy sauce and spicy sauce in the water then boiled it. The broccoli was not even cooked. Feel like they don't even know what is beef noodle soup. To be fair, the sushi we ordered together was fine, But I wouldn't come back again. The noodle soup was just shockingly and comedic terrible.

DO NOT GO HERE!! RUDE AND BIGOTED ESTABLISHMENT!! My mother, who traveled to Rehoboth to visit her handicapped friend, ordered dinner to be delivered for them and some other friends who were visiting from Maryland. All of them are vegetarian. They ordered the vegetarian fried rice. They got the delivery and found it was chicken fried rice. They called the restaurant and told them they'd received chicken fried rice when they had ordered vegetarian. The restaurant said they could come there and pick up a veg fried rice and return the chicken fried rice. However, everyone is elderly and/or handicapped, and the restaurant had originally delivered the wrong order. My mother explained this and that they should deliver the veg fried rice to fix their mistake. They refused so my mom said never mind and hung up. A week later, my mother went to visit her friend and decided to stop by the restaurant to try and get some answers as to why they would refuse to correct her order. The woman at the front happened to be the same woman who she had spoken with on the phone the prior week. My mom, who is a calm and even-tempered person, explained that she didn't understand why the restaurant would not correct their own mistake. The response from the woman worker was disgusting. She asked if my mother had brought back the chicken fried rice with her. Only then would she give her a veg fried rice. Mind you, a full week had gone by, and this worker wanted to see week-old chicken fried rice returned to the restaurant. Maybe she thought she could repackage it and sell it to someone else. Totally disgusting. My mom was floored. This worker wouldn't even listen to her. My mother calmly told her she thought the worker's behavior was rude and said she will never patronize this restaurant again. You...
