I have tried going here twice now and the service is completely unprofessional. The first time I went, the phone was ringing for someone else to make an appointment and the nail tech told her to wait and put the phone down. You can hear the customer on the phone screaming "Hello" multiple times but there was no concern. If that was me, I would have been extremely flustered. Additionally, the nail tech was facetiming someone else and my nails did not match length on both hands.
2nd time I tried to go yesterday - from the moment I walked in, it's extremely rude service. I asked for a specific color and they said they had plenty of options and they were hurrying to get the color ring back although nobody else had walked in the door and was looking for color.
While waiting another nail tech was yelling in the salon - I guess someone said something about her attitude and she was just yelling that she was tired and her personal issues.
Everyone seems miserable working here but with the way the owner treats people, I don't blame them - I'd be miserable too.
All you hear from the staff is negativity and complaining - you can see it in the customer's faces and vibes - it's just uncomfortable. Why should we have to respond to your personal problems?
I was going for a full gel refill, my daughter was going to get her nails done and then my boyfriend & I were going to do pedicures together. While sitting us down to do our pedicures first, the owner tried to tell us that she knew us three were getting serviced and she would make the exception for my 9-year old son to be there, THIS TIME but nobody could be in the establishment if they weren't getting service "for next time" and trying to hurry us to sit down.
Where do you want me to put my son? Leave him at home alone? Or In the car? He's NINE.
My boyfriend and I also asked several times to make sure we heard her correctly and she also expanded this comment to my boyfriend - No adults were not allowed to be in the establishment unless they were receiving service........But he's getting a pedicure so.....?
Just moved here from Florida a few months ago and even in the BUSIEST of South Florida, Ft.Lauderdale, Miami area - have NEVER seen such rude and poor customer service.
In order to get my nails done, I have to deal with that kind of treatment?
You're good to collect the $150 Tab at the end of the service but make sure to treat people horrible the entire time?
NO THANKS!
....& to follow up on the owner's reply: Nobody needs Babysitting services. Children are supposed to be with their parents. 3 people getting a service isn't okay for a 9-year old to be sitting down playing a Nintendo because your salon is too busy?
You don't follow COVID Pandemic guidelines when the standard is 6ft apart and everyone in the chairs is sitting right next to each other.
You just pick and choose who you want to apply these rules to.
You also only have 3-4 waiting chairs.
I'm very aware it is typical for family to work together but doesn't make it okay to provide unprofessional and rude comments to your CUSTOMERS who are PAYING for services rendered. You think that because you're the owner you can talk to people a certain way? You have ZERO hospitality & ZERO Customer Service skills. This is all mentioned multiple times in your other negative reviews. Take...

If a customer gets an infection at their cuticle because of unclean equipment, not only are you (and your business) at fault, but you could be paying medical bills, you could be sued, you could have that business shut down, or arrested if the infection ends up being the stem of some disease....IDK Like AIDS (because you guys DO cut skin with those dremel tools!). TWO: The customer is right when it comes to what they want, how they want it, what colors, shapes and sizes they want! You cannot and should not tell a customer what YOU think is better for them. They're the ones spending a LOT of money to make them selves not only look beautiful, but in a way FEEL beautiful! THREE: When engaging a customer, don't be negative towards other businesses that are in competition with you! They're all working just as hard (and in your case...harder) to put food in their family's stomach, clothes on their back, etc. Talk about weather, talk about television shows, talk about music...something! But don't bash people in your native tongue (and I speak FOUR: When painting either with gel or polish, you ALWAYS paint a bit under the tip and the very tip of the nail as well! This prevents the polish or the gel from peeling/cracking! It stays on longer! FIVE: Unless it's an emergency, keep your phone down and do your job! Even if you're waiting on the gel to cure, you could have cleaned up some of the equipment you were using! Or the desk you used...SOMETHING...
