Hardee’s — Restaurant in Reidsville

Where do I begin? I've had a few bad experiences with this place and that will be the last I visit this particular Hardee's. I always wonder why I never see people parked or in the drive-thru and now I know better. When I ordered lunch/dinner service, the cashier sounded like he didn't want to go to the freezer to grab apple turnovers and reminded us it's a 7 minute cook time. I do not mind waiting 7 minutes for a pie, but then I bit into it..y'all did me so dirty. It had gone sour/bad almost like the box was forgotten outside the freezer and y'all put it back in. That or the whole case was expired. I'm pregnant and this could've been dangerous but I threw my two apple turnovers away. It doesn't stop there! It's one thing to ruin lunch/dinner service..but Hardee's is known for having a good breakfast. NOT THIS ONE. I got an omelette biscuit and it was the flatest thing I've ever seen. Hardly anything in the middle and the biscuit wasn't fluffy. What a sad way to start the day..at least the morning cashiers were friendly, but the morning manager is a different story. Not sure if they know when you order Uber Eats, they have an option for pickup not just delivery drivers who use it. I went through the drive-thru, never had a problem with other places picking up mobile orders through drive-thru before, but this manager said "You know you're supposed to come inside for an Uber order?" No, I did not. Nowhere does it say that on the app nor any sign on the establishment. Again, I am pregnant, it's winter, and I've never had an issue going through drive-thru at other restaurants so why is that an issue here? Of all the Hardee's I've been to, the standards here are the poorest. I won't spend money here again, there are so many better...

HORRIBLE SERVICE. Worst service of any establishment I've ever been to in my life. Every time you go the line can be completely empty and they ask you to pull up and wait. DO NOT come here if you're in a hurry. Never fails and always disappoints, i dont know why I even still try, but this is it for me, I get to the window after placing a Mobile order and was told to pull up and wait. After waiting 20 minutes and the line completely clearing I back up to window again only to learn they haven't even started and forgot I was even waiting, after another few minutes I was asked to pull up and wait again!! I did so, and proceeded to wait another 30 minutes before a lady brings out my order WITH NO DRINKS, as I proceed to tell her I had 2 drinks she tells me it's not on the "there" which it clearly was, I said right here it is, as she proceeded to WALK OFF FROM ME WHILE I WAS SHOWING HER AND WENT BACK IN. WORST PLACE AND SERVICE IN REIDSVILLE! WILL NEEEEEEEEEEVVVVVVERRRR RETURN! Plus this is what I got as described as food. Just...

If you're looking for a quick breakfast or a delicious pork chop biscuit, Hardee's in Reidsville is the place to be. They serve up some of the best gravy biscuits around, and the pork chop biscuit is a personal favorite of mine.

The biscuits themselves are always fresh and fluffy, and the gravy is top-notch. If you're a fan of extra gravy, just ask and they'll hook you up. They're also pretty quick with the service, so you won't have to wait around for too long.

The only downside to Hardee's in Reidsville is that the restaurant can get pretty busy during peak hours. But, if you're willing to brave the crowds, you'll be rewarded with some seriously tasty biscuits.

Overall, if you're in the mood for a gravy biscuit or a pork chop biscuit, Hardee's in Reidsville is worth a visit. Just be prepared for some crowds...
