My family and I was here Sunday May 6, 2018 at 2: 38 PM. My daughter ordered a Hot Dog Only Ketchup and onions. They gave her a hot dog with onions ketchup and mustard my daughter cannot eat mustard due to a allgery. I ordered a Banana spilt only vanilla ice cream chocolate syrup wet nuts and a cherry. I get everything I ask for plus whip cream. I cannot have whip cream due to a allgery I have with the whip cream. We had to get out our truck to repeat this our to this young lady 4 times. So she pulls us up 2 Munster later another lady come out and says she told me that she repeated your order back to you three times and when we told her that the young lady was living there is nothing she could do with the hot dog and ice cream we can either take it or just leave. When I told her about the allgery we had she said it's not her problem. So my husband ask for him money back she got a attitude with us and told is to drive back around and she might give us the money back. So he got out and went in the store and got his money back. Did not get an apology the manger did not step in or anything. You don't treat customer like that. My family and I come every Sunday and Monday and get the same thing each time. And to make us take something we can't eat is very wrong. I really need to hear back from the owner or a General Manger cause this is not right for your employee to treat...
Read moreI have taken my family here for years. However, when I lost power in the last ice storm we had in the area I went here to get a club sandwich and found a brown hair in my sandwich. I attempted to call the same day but not one answered the phone. One week later I tried to explain to a lady manager that I had a hair in my food, but she said my name wasn’t on a clipboard for a replacement. I explained that I tried multiple times to notify them but never got an answer. I also explained that the owner himself was working the window and would remember talking to me. No one has brown hair in my family. I have since reached out in an attempt to talk to the owner himself, but the staff refuses to take note of my phone number and name so he can return my call. I have now called 11 times trying to speak with him and I am always told he is not there or unavailable. This has gone on for a few months now and I feel like the customer service needs major improvement here. The customer shouldn’t be the one chasing down the owner to get this situation rectified. Mayberry has lost my business over a club sandwich and it’s a shame because on average I spent $33 to $42 to feed my family each week during our 30...
Read moreMayberry's is my 4 year old granddaughter's favorite place to eat after I pick her up from school. Believe it or not, her favorite meal is a cup of Mayberry's famos bean and bacon soup. Of course, we always have to end to meal with a cone of ice cream...which is different almost every time. She and I have a great time just talking about how her day was at school and anything else she wants to talk about. I really enjoy going to Mayberry with her & making great memories that I hope she will remember...I know I will. 😊🤗😇 The wait staff a Mayberry's is always very pleasant and friendly. From the time you enter the front door to the time you reach the register, each member of their staff that you come in contact with, always great you with a smile. Our waitress was and is always great...I just wish I could remember her name, but she has the section just inside the door. Ladt, I want to give a shout out to Mrs. Wetmore. I'm not exactly sure what her job is there, but I've known her since I was about 12. She has ALWAYS had such a sweet smile for everybody and she seems to always be so calm, pleasant and helpful.
