My sister and visited this place for the first time and I’m quite certain it won’t be our last. When we were seated we received our waters & menus. The server gave us a few minutes to look over our meal choices. When she came back I told our nice server (Monica) that it was our first time visiting the establishment. And asked her if she had any recommendations. And she did. One of which was the Fish-n-chips and the other being a Rice / Veggie Bowl with Teriyaki Sauce. The thing that impressed me was that Monica suggested splitting our dishes since we seemed a little indecisive about what we wanted. Monica stated, “You know since it’s your first time here we can split the two meals so you both get the to try both meals if you’d like?” To which we both said, “Yes, we’d like that a lot.” The two meals were absolutely delicious - Chefs Kiss! However, our server Monica is who brings me here to write the review. One because she recommended splitting two different dishes. And because she also, throughout her time of checking on us, told us about Bighorn’s daily specials on what days & your happy hours. She had a pleasant attitude and seemed to enjoy being there. I think that’s rare to see these days. But it is something customers like to see. With the great food and Monicas excellent service it made an outstanding dining experience! 😊 Thank you! *Sorry there’s no pictures of food. We were busy chatting...
Read moreMy partner and I live within walking distance and we were excited to try dinner here. He got the Buffalo chicken sandwich with a Caesar salad, and I got a burger advertised to have grilled onions with fries. His food came out a good 10 minutes before mine did. It’s always a bit weird when one person is eating to avoid letting their food get cold. His sandwich was okay, but his salad was so overdressed it was nearly inedible. My medium rare burger came out very well done, after waiting for it for 10 or so minutes. Also, my burger came with raw white onions, and not the grilled that were on the menu. The fries are clearly hand cut, and are very good. Our tab with a round of drinks came out to $60 and change. I managed, served, and bartended for years, I would have absolutely bought our round of drinks. It was a really unimpressive meal. It’s always a bummer when you know you could have made something infinitely better at home for a fraction of the money. The service was good; the bartender was very friendly, and took her time with us. Maybe we will try this again, but their menu is like many other menus in town, and the food just...

THE SERVICE WAS AWFUL
One friend ordered Bighorn Pancakes, they come with eggs. Eggs never made it after asking about them twice (asked about them when the order first came out, asked a 2nd time about halfway through the meal when they still hadn't shown up). Other friend asked for protein on the side on an omelet, was assured by our server that was okay and she even said out loud how she was going to make sure it was on the side............ Guess what wasn't on the side and inside the omelet? Server offered to get us a side of sausage since they goofed, then charged us for it lmao. My friend with the omelet declined to have their food remade, so maybe that's why we got charged or whatever but I'm sure that could have been communicated in some way instead of acting like they were being cool about it, and then charging us at the end. With all due respect, the wait staff seem to get hired based on looking identical to each other rather than some sort of merit. Won't be coming back and won't be recommending this...
