I went on June 3rd around 6:30 pm. The total mistakes made is an infuriating amount. The employee at the at the drive-threw headset make an honest mistake, not hearing that the triple cheeseburger was supposed to be plain. However, when we came back with multiple mistakes, they refused to fix that one because the receipt didn't have that specification. My double whopper was made as a single, and remade with a hair in it, so I had them make it for a third time. My child's spicy chicken sandwich was accidentally switched with another customer's fish sandwich. We had that remade. My friend's Burger King sandwich was made with bacon so old they couldn't even eat it. The onion rings were clearly hours old and vile. Two of our fries were supposed to be medium but all we got was small. When we went inside there was a clear lack of communication. Also there was no mechanical beeping, signaling that nothing was being made fresh. My husband threw up meer minutes after eating and I'm left with a disgusting taste in my mouth that resembles mold. The offer of a digital $15 coupon is insulting when I spent $49.54 to be absolutely disgusted. They couldn't refund me because I bought the items in store. the team of the location has left my 10 phone calls and my husband's 5 calls unanswered. When we went my son messed up on his order and forgot to put his burger as plain, when he asked the guy cashier if they could make it plain, he called for who I'm assuming was his supervisor.. she so rudely told him his receipt doesnt say plain, so no.
