1.5.24 update: I tried to give this Sonic another chance, but it's a no-go. I mobile ordered ahead and pulled into a stall when I arrived and checked-in. After waiting over 5 minutes, it said my order was coming out. I waited and waited and waited. I finally pushed the button to talk to someone and explained the situation, to which they told me to wait in the Drive-Thru line when I shouldn't have had to do so. Now after waiting 20 minutes in the Drive-Thru line I get up to the window and ask for a refund and explain that my food should have been ready 25 minutes ago. They would not honor a refund but offered to re-make my food fresh, threw in a small shake, and gave me a coupon for a free limeade and tater tots. Even though they re-made the food, it was warm at best and the pickled fries were soggy, the mozzarella sticks were gummy, and the hot dog wasn't hot and they put way too much relish on it. I'm really not one to complain, but the food was terrible. From beginning to end, I spent 45 minutes there. However on a positive note, the strawberry milkshake and blue raspberry slushie were great and the manger was nice and apologetic.
8.28.23: It's unfortunate this Sonic has gone down hill. I waited in the drive-thru from beginning to end for about 30 minutes. They were having trouble with the intercom and had an employee going from car to car taking hand written orders. I will say he had a great attitude for the situation he was dealing with.
I ordered and tried the new Strawberry Shortcake milkshake they have for the summer and I tasted more vanilla and whipped cream than anything. The last time I came here I tried to order it and they were completely out of ice cream. I also ordered my go to grilled cheese and the cheese to Texas toast ratio was completely off as I tasted more bread and barely any cheese. Because I was hesitant on the milkshake, I also ordered my go to slushy, raspberry with nerds. Loved my slushy as it's been consistent over the past few years.

I called back and spoke with someone named crystal, and they told me that there was nothing they could do. Because they already refunded me. Read moreI ordered ahead with the app, once I arrived, I followed the standard procedure for my order to be delivered to my car. I have waited 20 minutes for my order, and while waiting, I have tried waving over at least three staff members, all of them saw me, and looked away. After 20 minutes, one staff member finally walked up to my car and asked, and I quote: "What'chu waiting on?" I tried to tell them what my order was, and he walked away without saying anything else, he went into the kitchen, and started talking to the manager. Once the manager came out, he rudely asked what am I waiting on? I said I'm waiting on my order that the screen said was on its way, he responded with "Those screens are busted and not working(despite having notes saying so.)" I told him how long I was here, and he said "We're busy(There was only 3 other cars in the lot, and only 2 cars in the drive-thru") He then started to talk down to me, telling me that I should've come inside the employee only area, and there's a "2 way road to communicate(despite being one of the people who ignored me waving him over for 20 minutes.")
