1.5.24 update: I tried to give this Sonic another chance, but it's a no-go. I mobile ordered ahead and pulled into a stall when I arrived and checked-in. After waiting over 5 minutes, it said my order was coming out. I waited and waited and waited. I finally pushed the button to talk to someone and explained the situation, to which they told me to wait in the Drive-Thru line when I shouldn't have had to do so. Now after waiting 20 minutes in the Drive-Thru line I get up to the window and ask for a refund and explain that my food should have been ready 25 minutes ago. They would not honor a refund but offered to re-make my food fresh, threw in a small shake, and gave me a coupon for a free limeade and tater tots. Even though they re-made the food, it was warm at best and the pickled fries were soggy, the mozzarella sticks were gummy, and the hot dog wasn't hot and they put way too much relish on it. I'm really not one to complain, but the food was terrible. From beginning to end, I spent 45 minutes there. However on a positive note, the strawberry milkshake and blue raspberry slushie were great and the manger was nice and apologetic. 8.28.23: It's unfortunate this Sonic has gone down hill. I waited in the drive-thru from beginning to end for about 30 minutes. They were having trouble with the intercom and had an employee going from car to car taking hand written orders. I will say he had a great attitude for the situation he was dealing with. I ordered and tried the new Strawberry Shortcake milkshake they have for the summer and I tasted more vanilla and whipped cream than anything. The last time I came here I tried to order it and they were completely out of ice cream. I also ordered my go to grilled cheese and the cheese to Texas toast ratio was completely off as I tasted more bread and barely any cheese. Because I was hesitant on the milkshake, I also ordered my go to slushy, raspberry with nerds. Loved my slushy as it's been consistent over the past few years. I used to be a regular patron and this recent time was giving it another chance. My last visit was a nightmare from beginning to end and actually had to call the 800 to get a refund. I was lucky enough to get a refund and the process was easy.

So my name is Josh allan I pulled up to the drive threw sat there for 15 minutes and got to order then I got up to the window and sat there for another 15 minutes after I paid ice cream was melted food was cold and I live less then 4 minutes away I normally go to this sonic and have never had this issue I can't believe that the team can care less of their job and I can't believe that the night manager would allow this to happen and the picture of the hot fudge sundae is taken as soon as I got home it's the same with the other hot fudge sundae and the blast that I got like I said never have had this issue before here and I say this by far the worst service I have ever had and that means any where I have been just the worst doesn't mean I won't go back just means things should change I'm sorry I had to write this but it isn't right to have to eat cold food and warm ice cream

If I could give zero stars, I would. The so-called “manager” here clearly doesn’t know how to do her job. I ordered chili cheese tots and she gave me plain tots with some sad cheese thrown on top. When I asked for the order to be fixed, she refused and tried to charge me again. Excuse me? That’s YOUR screw-up, not mine. Then she got all aggressive and started snatching things away like a toddler throwing a tantrum. Super embarrassing behavior for someone who’s supposed to be in charge. If this is what “management” looks like here, it’s no wonder the food and service are trash. Do yourself a favor and spend your money somewhere that actually respects their customers.

Wet in the afternoon to order some lunch. Got a triple smash burger, and i got onion rings as well. Got home out in cold springs and notice.The onion rings tasted like french toast. I called back and they helped me out. Offered a refund and to remake my order with new oil. That wayThe onion rings wouldn't taste like french toast. I drove all the way back in town, talk to the manager named melanie, even went as far as giving a good review because they said they switched the oil out when they cooked it this time. Got all the way home in cold springs again and due to the fact that they told me they switched the oil.I trusted them which I shouldn't have done and the onion rings.Tasted still like french toast. I called back and spoke with someone named crystal, and they told me that there was nothing they could do. Because they already refunded me. All I was asking is why they told me that they changed the oil out from the french toast when they know they didn't, and still gave me the same food. I highly don't recommend going here. The staff will lie to your face. Then they don't care after that as if they did in the beginning. I will not be returning to this location.Nor will I be recommending any of my friends or family. I will be telling them all to stay away from here. Thanks sonic...

I ordered ahead with the app, once I arrived, I followed the standard procedure for my order to be delivered to my car. I have waited 20 minutes for my order, and while waiting, I have tried waving over at least three staff members, all of them saw me, and looked away. After 20 minutes, one staff member finally walked up to my car and asked, and I quote: "What'chu waiting on?" I tried to tell them what my order was, and he walked away without saying anything else, he went into the kitchen, and started talking to the manager. Once the manager came out, he rudely asked what am I waiting on? I said I'm waiting on my order that the screen said was on its way, he responded with "Those screens are busted and not working(despite having notes saying so.)" I told him how long I was here, and he said "We're busy(There was only 3 other cars in the lot, and only 2 cars in the drive-thru") He then started to talk down to me, telling me that I should've come inside the employee only area, and there's a "2 way road to communicate(despite being one of the people who ignored me waving him over for 20 minutes.")

I told him to refund my order, and he immediately said okay, and walked away, and I have not gotten my...
