It's been 4 years since I've eaten at this Port of Subs, but every time I drive by it, I shudder in disgust. I made the mistake of purchasing food from here four years ago through the drive through. My wife had a fairly in-depth order, which really seemed to anger the employee taking the order. When we arrived home, my wife started pulling the sandwich apart because it contained olives and other things she didn't want on it. One of the items on the sandwich was a bunch of short, curly black hairs, which I assumed to be pubic hair. My wife threw the sandwich away and I contacted the manager to complain. The manager called me a liar and claimed that his employees were under 24-hour surveillance and that they would never do something like that. Since the manager refused to address this and called me a liar, I can only assume this kind of practice is still going on at this location, which is why I haven't eaten there in four years. Go to the Port of Subs on keystone or McCarran if you want quality food and good service. You're likely to get some pubic hairs in your sandwich if you eat at...
Read moreI rarely comment on service at locations that are not sit down, but this location earned it. The food was exactly what I expect at this point in time, and the folks who made my sandwich were perfectly fine, however the gentleman cashiering was needlessly rude. AFTER I had already paid, he humiliatingly corrected me on the verbiage for ordering a combo. It's Port of Subs, and I order online often enough to know a sweet combo with a bag of chips is cheaper than a savory combo with a brownie, but it's $.80 so I really couldn't care less. I recognize it's probably policy to charge the higher amount when possible, but to whoever the gentleman in all black (not the uniform the other staff were wearing) is, it was unnecessary to inform me of the "correct way to order" in front of the other guests and two staff AFTER I had already paid and was stepping away. Seriously, you just looked silly telling a customer at a Port of Subs how to order just because you want to make $.80 that was...
Read moreHad my daughter order a sandwich. They . Made the wrong one. I came back to have them remake it. They refused to remake a sandwich they put pickles peppers and olives on when I am allergic to pickles. Refused to remake two sandwiches when I just spent 60.50 at this location. All they had to do was remake the two. The new girl and the manager refused to remake the sandwiches. Said I could pay again. No thanks sweetie. You can shove them up your ..... Because I don't need an allergic reaction because you are ignorant.9-26-24 @ 7:55 pm. This would have been so much easier if you just remade the sandwiches. Once something you are allergic to is touching the bread the sandwich is ruined. Common sense but kids these days don't have any. I have been going to port of subs since 1990. Never again if this is who and what they hire . More concerned about pronouns then...
