Quiznos — Restaurant in Reno

I ordered a large Pastrami and Swiss I say large with great apprehension. Have you ever looked at a portion and thought completely pitiful? I paid $11 and the size of this sandwich was so pathetic, that when I decided to ask the guy behind the counter for vegetables and every other topping I could think of to increase the yield within this sandwiches diminutive, meager measure of bread, meat, and cheese I was left abysmally desparged to that which I could only compare with the sandwich itself. It's almost as if they made the loaf of bread as small as possible to eliminate any probability that a reasonable amount of ingredients could ever be confided within its wheated borders. My only regret is that I did not take a picture of this complete and utter excuse for a meal so that I might truly spare others from being ripped off. I'm a Colorado boy living in California now, so I grew up on Quizno's but had to watch countless locations close in the Bay Area and along the I-80 corridor due to a decline in quality and sales. I've ordered the Traditional for 30 years.

This Reno location served me up the best Traditional I've ever had in my life, lemme tell ya. Major props to the handsome Indian dude working the joint who made this all possible. He's probably the franchise owner. Watching him make my sandwich felt like being in a commercial. I half expected the spongemonkeys to come out of nowhere singing about the pepper bar. Placed order at 11:25am for pickup at 11:50am. Showed up and the meal wasn't even started. The only guy in there said they were busy. What got me, was the lady behind me walked in, said to go oder, and hers was ready. So I asked for my money back, guy said that's through corporate. I showed my online receipt that says to cancel this order contact store. He then went quiet and started to yell at the 2 ladies that were working and they were to busy worrying about a group chat on their phones. They slapped our food together, uncooked tots, i got the wrong sandwich and there was no focus on customer service.
