My whole shopping experience was awful, I came to the home Depot around 8:30 p.m. which is 30 minutes before 9 which is the time that they do clothes which I can understand on a certain level for I have worked retail before that you know the typical if you're about to get off God relieving feeling of getting off work for I do understand and sympathize for the workers but my shopping experience here was completely uncomfortable I mean yes I did, at 8:30 as well asI knew exactly what I was coming for and was kind of on the urgent side so like I said although I do sympathize on the home Depot employees and they were a little bit too intuitive and petites yes I do give them five stars on the accommodation in making sure that I needed help but it was to the point so where the same. I was just hovering or he was in the same aisle as I was like she thought I was going to steal something. Which was extremely offencive I mean I know retail and I know there are certain red flags and things to look out for but I was just coming from an after-party so my parents was completely professional and casual and you know I was on my ball game as far as my parents so I don't know what it was that made them feel like they needed to watch me and not only was the same guy just constantly hovering over me practically but even when I was at the self-checkout station, I kid you not. There was at least six employees keeping a death stare eye on me like I was going to walk out with whatever was that I had which I was going to purchase something but for one the item that I wanted to purchase was hung on the wrong place so the pricing was miscalculated for which I did not have the funding for what I wanted to get so the carelessness on the stock didn't really exactly help the situation on top of that. So yes the misappropriation of the arrangement of the stock as well as the feeling of being uncomfortable was extremely and completely uncomfortable and I think it is safe to say that it will be a long. Of time before I decide to do any shopping at the home Depot. Now let me clarify I love the company itself and the ideal of merchandise that they do have stock because they do literally have everything that I always need every single time I do shop there which also now that I mention it is why I was completely offended and confused because I shot at the home Depot and spend so much money for as one of my hobbies you know I do like arts and crafts so I do go to the home Depot quite often. Now as I was saying I love the home Depot and the company itself however the location the employees were completely rude and as I said it was just all uncomfortable and I do not plan to be doing any shopping at that location anyway anytime soon. So any of my readers if you do see this review please take note thatthis experience may not necessarily happen to you however if you do decide to go at 2 at this particular location after the time of 8 p.m. within the hour that they closed just keep in mind that there is a slight possibility unfortunately depending on your appearance that the same experience that has occurred to me give me a cure to you for although as I said I did just come from a casual business party so I wasn't at I and my appearance was petite and I did look presentable so I'm not quite sure how they judge the factors on that but I'm not going to spend any more time or effort on this, just overall with my experience I am extremely disappointed with that particular location of the home Depot and I hope they shape it up otherwise they are going to be losing money because that was just...
Read moreMy experience at Wendyâs on Northtowne Lane was truly exceptional, especially given the debacle I had with Home Depotâs delivery service, Premier Product Management. The Wendyâs employees represented the antithesis of Premier Product Managementâs as they were respectful of my time, supplied their product promptly, and even provided a warranted refund. I bought a key tag from Wendyâs that affords me a free Jr. Frosty with every purchase. Todayâs receipt shows the $0.79 charge was immediately taken off of my total. When I bought a fridge from Home Depot that was too tall (oops), Premier never even took it out of the truck. However, they didnât bother to tell Home Depot about the lack of delivery, so I have yet to receive my money back. That was over a week ago.
On the day of the unsuccessful delivery, I purchased another fridge of the appropriate dimensions. It was to be delivered a week later, on Saturday between 1 and 5, which they confirmed in a voicemail on Saturday morning. Five oâclock rolled around and I had heard nothing. The office was closed. I canât say Iâve ever had to worry about that at Wendyâs. Iâve never heard, â$7.77 at the window,â and driven up only to wait 4 hours for no response. I called Home Depot and they said the delivery was rescheduled for Monday 1-5. Since I have a job, that obviously didnât work. Premierâs office was closed on Sunday. I spent an hour on the phone Monday morning trying to get the window moved to 3-7, but they said it's their "policy" not to change delivery windows--an asinine policy, given I had skipped out on backpacking part of the PCT with my brother to make myself available all day on Saturday. They said I could reschedule for another day but couldnât promise a more convenient time.
Because Premier would not let me change the delivery window from a time that I never scheduled in the first place, my boss kindly said that I could make the half-hour commute home in the middle of the day if necessary to sign for my fridge. When the guy called me at 11:00 (read: TWO HOURS BEFORE the supposedly inflexible delivery window), I asked him to move me to the end of the day. He said he didnât have many deliveries so he wouldnât be working past 2. I was forced to leave work before lunch. They installed the fridge. My packed lunch of rotting spinach and unrefrigerated cheese looked extra unappetizing, so I stopped at Wendyâs for my go-to #6. When I ordered my Frosty Jr., the woman said, âChocolate?â and I said, âYes, please.â Thatâs called anticipating your customerâs needs. The whole detour took 4 minutes.
I just went to Home Depot at 4:30 to ask about my refund for that tall fridge. The woman said that she needs to confirm with Premier that they took it back, but she canât confirm tonight because the office is closed. I could have predicted that. Home Depot, PLEASE STOP USING PREMIER. THEY SUCK. The fridge itself is fine, but I can't believe how much trouble it has been to get it. I will not buy any deliverable items from Home Depot and will dissuade others from doing so as long as you are associated with Premier.
By the way, I went across the street and spent another $7.77 even though Iâm still waiting for $536. What can I say? I love Wendyâs and their top-notch...
Read moreI usually donât write bad reviews but this I felt was necessary. I went to Home Depot the northwest location today. Manager Bob Osborne saw me looking at light bulbs, asked if I needed help. I responded âyes I doâ Bob was great helping me pick out the new lights that we needed for our kitchen. I proceeded to check out. I noticed there was a younger employee constantly yawning looking like he was going to fall asleep. I proceeded to his checkout line. I made a comment he looked like he was going to fall asleep. He assured me âhe just drank 2 monsters.â Ryan was the name of the cashier. Ryan rang up my items, I left the store. Upon getting home my I realized that the drill bits that I initially set out to get weâre not in the bag, I checked the receipt to find out that I was charged for said drillbits. I checked my truck twice before heading back to the store. Upon returning to the store approached Ryan who was then in the self checkout area. I explained that I paid for said drillbits but they were not in the bag when I returned home. Ryan made a comment that there was âno way that he helped me outâ because âhe was on his lunch breakâ. I reiterated that I made the comment about Ryan falling asleep, he then remembered him. Ryan and another female associate told me that âthey could not help me, as they could not find the drill bits in Ryanâs booth.â I was told to head over to customer service and they would help me out. Upon getting to customer service, I asked the lady helping me if she could assist in this issue. The woman told me âyou have to talk to the managerâ I responded âOk where is he?â The woman pointed to Bob the manager that I had dealt with earlier. I asked the associate if she could please let the manager know what was going on and have the manager come over and assist. She told me twice more âthatâs the manager you must speak with himâ I understood what she was saying. Bob was currently with a customer, understandable. However it was between the woman at customer service and Bobâs conversation, that I witnessed Bob telling her âwell heâs going to have to wait, Iâm busy.â I run a business. I do understand. We are all busy. As I can totally understand being busy with other customers. The fact is I wound up buying another set of the same drillbits at $30 because I did not have time to be dismissed and disregarded. We are about to spend over $10,000.00 worth of flooring. We initially had planned on using Home Depot. Due to Ryan and Bobâs customer service I will now be looking elsewhere. I absolutely understand being busy. I absolutely understand that this will not bother Home Depot in any way shape or form. However in my business I use Home Depot very often. Looks like Lowes has a...
