Carl’s Jr. — Restaurant in Reno

This has got to be the worst experience I have had at this location. I came in to order and the place looked odd as there were no. Customers and it looked like they were about to close. It was only 6:30 when I came in. I ordered a double cheese burger fries and a small drink. I was told there were no drinks available since the coke machines were out of carbonation and the drinks would be flat. Ok, I understand that, stuff happens. But then I asked if I could buy a shake that the board said was available. The short female who was sweeping said that because she had made the ice. Ream earlier in the day, if she makes one for me it will one out runny and not very thick. When I looked at the machine, it looked like it had just been cleaned for closing. I could tell on her expression when I asked if she sould make me a shake that she did not want to go through the hassle of making one. So I said fine i will just take the burger and fries. When the boy who was getting me the food reached over to get the fries to put in my bag he put the palm of his hands all over my fries without any gloves on at all or even try notnto touch my fries. I looked at him.like what the heck man. He just looked at me like confused. Anyway, I just took the food and ate the burger and threw the rest away. The waiting area looked like they were about to close with all the chairs put up against all the tables. These employees obviously were just ready to skate and not due any more than they had to. Wow, just wow. If I was the owner I would fire every single one. This laziness will cost you. If they knew the soda machine was inoperable, the offer a different drink, make sure you have shakes available which most would have bought and brought you a better return but these employees were not helping you out. I will never come here again and will make sure my friends donteither. He touched my fries with his whole hand and if he did that in front of me i can only imagine what he will do if no one is looking. If you have a video camera there, look at the footage, you will see it all....

Went at 925pm. Sat and waited for 5 minutes at drive thru speaker while a female who was not in uniform could very clearly be seen goofying around in the lobby and laughing. As if that wasn’t enough they then decide to answer and say “uh we’re closed” like I was somehow supposed to know they were closing an hour and a half early(google states they close at 11). I then said “oh, your drive thru light is on and google says you don’t close till 11” he then replied “no we close at 10”. I was there at 930pm. So I then said “it’s only 930 you’re closing 30 minutes early?” And then he decided to change it up and said “the thing we use to cook the meat is broken” my question is, if that was the case why didn’t he start out with that? Instead of throwing me through loops till he finally found an acceptable excuse. Highly disappointed in this place and won’t return, find...

Put this in perspective Denny's had a 45-minute wait on a Sunday morning Carl's had zero weight nobody was in the restaurant and I mean nobody a couple of staff members who spent more time on their cell phone than they did looking at the customers and by the way the only customers were me and my father lol well the store seemed clean to spend $32 for a breakfast for two is probably the reason why Carl's Jr's is empty and on its way out, save your money go somewhere else where the staff will appreciate you and put their phone down long enough to take your order, and you don't have to hear their personal conversations while you're sitting there trying to eat breakfast on a Sunday morning, very poor service unprofessional barely clean uncomfortably empty in hindsight waiting 45 minutes would have been the better option at Denny's, next time it's...
