Ike's Love & Sandwiches — Restaurant in Reno

I normally love ikes! Theyre actually the best sandwiches in town for me; but we were closer to the UNR and decided to go to this location over the other one in South Reno. Getting my order taken was a normal and friendly experience, nice guy taking orders who asked all the normal questions. But whoever was making the sandwiches today needs to be retrained. We got two sandwiches; one with no veggies AT ALL and the other with just tomatoes and lettuce. Both sandwiches had tomatoes, lettuce, and onions??? On top of the fact that they put 1/4 of the normal amount of everything (including the veggies that we didnt even want). We were already home when we noticed, because normally i don't have to check the quality of my order before leaving. But after picking off what we didnt want(or order) on our sandwiches; there was basically just bread to eat. Whats the point? I like Ikes because you get what you pay for, bit more pricey for a packed, wonderful sandwich. I think i would get more on a sandwich if i went to a subway rather this location....

One of the best sandwiches I've ever had! I ordered through Door Dash and I got the Menage A Trois on dutch crunch and it was delicious. Everything was fresh and flavorful. All of the textures and flavors came together and complimented each other perfectly. Perfectly balanced flavors. The savory, the sweet, the sour, the heat, the salty...omg... So good. I ordered extra Dirty Sauce on my sandwich, not even knowing what it was. I figured with a name like "dirty sauce," you can't go wrong. And it was mouth watering. For those negative reviews about the high prices, deal with it!! In this economy, you have to keep up with supply and demand. If the food is delicious, I don't mind paying a little extra. And the portion was big too. I can't wait to try other items on the menu. Just the names of the sandwiches are...

If I could I would give this place 0 stars. My fiance has been a vegetarian for over 9 years so we ordered the xxx-tina which is supposed to be vegan breaded chicken. We always check the bag and the name on the sandwiches so he doesn't accidentally eat real meat since it's understandable some times the bags can get mixed up. However, our sandwich said it was the xxx-tina so my fiance proceeded to bite into the sandwich and spit it out because it was real shredded chicken. Taking the sandwich apart we noticed there jalepeno poppers on it as well. This is absolutely unacceptable. I have tried calling customer service 3 times and the phone just continues to ring. Please please please always look at your sandwich closely especially if you have allergies or...
