Jimboy's Tacos — Restaurant in Reno

Absolute worst experience of my life. On Valentines I was excited to bring my husband here as he has never been, after sitting in the drive thru for 20 minutes and listening to the cashier repeat my order back incorrectly 3 times I was given a receipt to sign and then handed a bag of food. We pulled to the side to see if our order was correct; I DUG MY HAND INTO THE TACO TO SEE THAT IT WASNT OUT ORDER. I want to make it clear that this order was in no way reusable. We turned around and after the long wait decided to just go inside. We were ignored and watched the guy behind us in the drive thru get the order that should have been ours. As she is discussing this with the next customer, we attempt to get her attention to explain what happene . She brushed us off and told us to wait longer. Another 5 minutes goes by until she acknowledges us. We explain what happened and she TOOK THE TACOS I DUG MYHAND INTO AND GAVE IT TO THE NEXT CUSTOMER. We clearly stated those were not sanitary and we were waved off. After seeing this my stomach turned and we decided we shouldn't eat there and asked for a refund. She asked for my receipt and I told her she didnt give one to us. She couldn't produce the receipt I signed at the window and was trying to give us the bag she handed to the next customer. We repeatedly told her we wanted our money back and she started getting irate. She asked us to repeat our order for the 10th time and as my husband started firmly telling her she put her pen to his nose and said "Do you even know how to talk? You need to calm down you need to calm down!!". I've never been so upset. Ruined my entire valentine's day Gabriella needs to loose her job. The health board has already been informed of the food contamination that occurred.

UPDATE: Called and spoke to the manager Elizabeth, and experienced even worse service from her ,so I am not surprised her inferiors act the way they do. This woman was more concerned that her employee handed me incorrect change by .60 cents and that she had to come in and spend 40 minutes looking for my signed recipt, than she cared for the HEALTH CODE VIOLATION they had committed in front of our eyes and the full diner of people's eyes. Used to love eating here. We definitely won't be going back. Went through the drive thru. Was immediately asked by a very loud woman to the point of yelling what we wanted, we told her to give us a minute please. She said ok. So now we know what we want and began speaking into the speaker. Waited like 5 minutes no response. Untill she came on again speaking LOUDLY repeated our order with total.( which we didn't understand because of noise level). Pulled up to the window and all we heard was really really loud music from inside.We were sitting there about 10-15 minutes waiting as I looked in the window I watched in shock the lady stirring something in a very old looking crockpot. Come to find out that it had the shredded beef for our tacos in it. She finally came to window and said $13.00 something. I handed the money to my sister. That was for 2 regular tacos and 2 drinks. WAYYYY OVERPRICED. and the tacos had Maybe a teaspoon of meat and rest was hot lettuce and they were extremely greasy. This one is on Selmi Dr. Reno Nevada. Worst...

Jimboy tacos at all three locations in Reno I've been to but especially this one will be extremely mean to white people and say not only they don't understand English even though we are the majority LOL and if you ask a question they say in English they're not going to help you and keep reading the menu to figure it out. Extremely racist and when it happens to them like any Democrat not that they are because they're not even acting American but anyway they cry and want to hand out and everything their way. It's not your country and you're not going to make it your country. This happened around 11:00 a.m. on Monday at this location but no matter what location in Reno they are going to be extremely mean for no reason.
